西華大學(xué)電氣信息學(xué)院智能化測控應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告 題目:可燃?xì)怏w檢測與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要摘 要:本設(shè)計(jì)主要是由一個(gè)MQ5傳感器采集氣體濃度信號,系統(tǒng)建立濃度與電壓關(guān)系,進(jìn)行濃度電壓轉(zhuǎn)換,電壓濃度轉(zhuǎn)換,濃度顯示,聲光報(bào)警構(gòu)成的報(bào)警裝置。本系統(tǒng)由ADC0809CCN處理數(shù)據(jù),MCU采用STC89C52單片機(jī),完成氣體濃度信號的采集顯示內(nèi)容的傳輸、顯示等功能。本設(shè)計(jì)的可燃?xì)怏w警報(bào)器由六個(gè)部分組成:傳感器、LED顯示器、聲光報(bào)警器、控制電路、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換和電源模塊。對采集的數(shù)字信號進(jìn)行處理和判斷,運(yùn)用一定的算法計(jì)算出待檢測氣體成分及濃度并送到LED顯示器顯示出來。當(dāng)檢測氣體濃度低于設(shè)定報(bào)警閥值的時(shí)候,LED顯示器僅僅顯示測得的可燃?xì)怏w濃度;當(dāng)檢測氣體濃度超出設(shè)定報(bào)警閥值時(shí)給出聲光報(bào)警。關(guān)鍵詞: 傳感器 ,ADCO8O9CCN , 單片機(jī) , LED顯示器 , 聲光報(bào)警Abstract: This design is mainly a MQ5 from the gas concentration sensor signal acquisition system to establish the concentration and voltage relationship for the concentration of voltage conversion, voltage conversion concentration, concentration display, sound and light alarm warning devices posed.
