東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 有害氣體檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 李迪 1 畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì) ) 畢業(yè)論文題目: 有害氣體檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 :機(jī)械與電子工程學(xué)院 姓 名 :李 迪 學(xué) 號(hào) : 0861103 指導(dǎo)老師:朱兆優(yōu) 東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 有害氣體檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 李迪 2 有害氣體檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)環(huán)境中CO濃度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理,并能在濃度超標(biāo)時(shí)報(bào)警的電路。該電路通過(guò)單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)其控制功能。整個(gè)報(bào)警電路由四大部分組成:采集模塊、放大模塊、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、單片機(jī)。報(bào)警器的主要工作流程為:用兩類傳感器(氣體傳感器和溫度傳感器)將所需的模擬信號(hào)采集放大后傳 送給 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換器,再經(jīng)模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換后給將數(shù)字信號(hào)傳送至 8051 單片機(jī),然后通過(guò)單片機(jī)內(nèi)部的數(shù)據(jù)處理,判斷是否需要啟動(dòng)蜂鳴器進(jìn)行報(bào)警,預(yù)防惡性事故發(fā)生。該系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的硬件、軟件、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)以及遠(yuǎn)程控制結(jié)構(gòu)。該報(bào)警器廣泛應(yīng)用于居民家庭和企事業(yè)單位,從而大大降低由CO所引起的中毒、火災(zāi)、爆炸等事故的發(fā)生率,保障了人們的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 :可燃?xì)怏w、報(bào)警器、單片機(jī)、數(shù)據(jù)采集與記錄、濃度測(cè)量 東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 有害氣體檢測(cè)與報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 李迪 3 Design and implementation of intelligent flammable gas leakage detection alarm system Abstract In this dissertation, an electric circuit is designed to collect and process the data of CO density, and the alarm is sent out when the density beyond the critical value. The control function of the electric circuit is plished by a microcontroller. The whole electric circuit of alarm is posed by four parts: data acquisition module, data enlarge module, A/D module and microcontroller. The technological process of the alarm is as follows: The analogue signals are collected by two kinds of transducers, and then the signals are transmitted to the ADC after enlargement. The data signals are transmitted by ADC to the 8051 microcontroller. The judgment of the buzzer alarm is made after the fata processed by 8051. Main work in this dissertation is :pleting the choice of the machines, the design of the connection and the development of the procedure for data processing, realizing the autom atically monitor CO density. As a result it can prevent fatal accidents. The annunciator can be widely used in fam ilies and panies. The occurrence rates of the accidents such as poisoning fire, burst, etc are deeply reduced. Tt has an important and pratical value.
