【正文】 全套設(shè)計(jì)包括設(shè)計(jì)說明書+CAD圖紙。購(gòu)買請(qǐng)聯(lián)系qq：541937254 自卸車畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)摘 要自卸車作為一種專用汽車，在工廠、礦山、城市建設(shè)以及交通運(yùn)輸中都扮演著重要角色。本文主要對(duì)自卸車整車技術(shù)參數(shù)的選擇進(jìn)行了概括的設(shè)計(jì)，自卸車的舉升機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了完整的設(shè)計(jì)，其主要原理是通過液壓作用將自卸車車廂舉升到一定角度從而使貨物快速卸載。通過對(duì)各種舉升機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析和計(jì)算最后確定了選用后推連桿組合式舉升機(jī)構(gòu)型式。而且還對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了選型設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算，主要對(duì)作為舉升機(jī)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用最廣泛的液壓缸進(jìn)行了大體的分析，最后對(duì)副車架進(jìn)行了大體的設(shè)計(jì)，以及副車架和主車架的連接方式進(jìn)行了說明和初步選定所應(yīng)用的副車架與主車架的連接方式。本文設(shè)計(jì)從總體到局部，全面介紹了自卸車整體設(shè)計(jì)，舉升部分的設(shè)計(jì)，液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，副車架的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：自卸車，后推連桿式舉升機(jī)構(gòu)，液壓系統(tǒng) , 副車架 THESIS GRADUATION TO THE DUMPER TRUCK DESIGNABSTRACT Dumper truck as a special automotive ,in the factories 、mines 、urban construction and transportation play an important role in both . In this paper ,the parameters of the dumper truck vehicle technology options are summarized in the design ,and the dumper truck lifting mechanism is plete ,the main principle is the role of the dumper truck inside the hydraulic lift to rise at an angle so that the rapid unloading of the goods .Through parative analysis of various lifting mechanism and calculated after the final are used to determine the connecting rod bined type of lifting mechanism .But also the selection of hydraulic system design and calculations ,mainly lifting bodies as the most widely used hydraulic cylinders of the general analysis ,at last ,in general carry out a sub frame designing ,as well as the main vehicle sub frame and frame connections are described and applied initially selected sub frame is connected with the main frame .This design from general to local ,prehensive introduction to the overall design of the dumper truck ,lifting part of the design ,hydraulic system design ,sub frame design.KEY WORDS: dumper truck , after the push connecting rod type lifting mechanism , hydr
