摘要受世界經濟形勢和我國國內經濟環(huán)境的影響,占到我國企業(yè)總數99%的中小企業(yè),無不提前感受到了“嚴冬”的降臨。2009年GDP“保8%”成功,但隨著近幾年面臨金融危機的挑戰(zhàn),我國中小企業(yè)受到出口訂單減少,人民幣升值,原料、勞動力等生產要素的上漲以及受到中小企業(yè)發(fā)展方式粗放等固有因素的影響,廣大中小企業(yè)的出口舉步維艱。尤其是東部沿海地區(qū)出口型中小企業(yè)困難更為突出,部分行業(yè)和企業(yè)出現了減產、停產或倒閉現象。本文旨在通過現階段我國中小企業(yè)出口面臨的困難來分析其中的障礙及其形成原因,并提出相關建議來解決這些障礙。[關鍵詞] 金融危機 中小企業(yè) 出口 自主創(chuàng)新 產品競爭力ABSTRACTAffected by both of the world financial crisis and Chinese domestic economic problem,about 99% small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the total number of Chinese enterprises faced the serious problems of economics in 8% success in 2009, although the total industrial export value of the fullyear reached billion . dollars, the most Chinese small and medium enterprises were exercised the series factors of export order reduction, RMB appreciation, as well as raw material and labor cost increase. It was really hard for SMEs export, especially for the SMEs in the eastern coastal areas. Some industries and enterprises had to be cut down, stop production or bankrupt. This article analyzes the factors which caused the difficulties for Chinese SMEs and gave suggestions for solving these problems.
