【正文】 上海應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計課 題 名 稱 某科技園A棟準甲級辦公樓消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 學(xué) 號 1010631221 學(xué) 生 顏佳怡 專 業(yè)、年級 安全工程、2010級 所 在 院 系 城市建設(shè)與安全工程學(xué)院 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 高 潔 陳茜荑 提 交 時 間 2014年 5月 20日 某科技園A棟準甲級辦公樓消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計設(shè)計總說明:設(shè)計對象為某準甲級辦公樓,項目為某置業(yè)有限公司開發(fā)的一個集商業(yè)、辦公樓、LOFT辦公的綜合性房地產(chǎn)項目。其中27層準甲級辦公樓每單元70120m178。,建筑面積33395 m178。設(shè)計使用年限為50年。本設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)國內(nèi)外高層建筑消防安全現(xiàn)狀分析;(2)設(shè)計重點;(3)辦公樓總平面防火設(shè)計;(4)辦公樓防排煙設(shè)計;(5)辦公樓安全疏散設(shè)計;(6)辦公樓滅火器配置設(shè)計;(7)辦公樓消火栓給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計;(8)辦公樓自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng);(9)辦公樓火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。本設(shè)計設(shè)計依據(jù)主要有《建筑設(shè)計防火規(guī)范》GB 50016200《高層民用建筑設(shè)計防火規(guī)范》GB5004595(2005年版)、《火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB501169《自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB500842001(2005年版)、《汽車庫、修車庫、停車場防火設(shè)計規(guī)范》 GB500679《建筑滅火器配置設(shè)計規(guī)范》GB50140200《辦公建筑設(shè)計規(guī)范》JGJ672006。本設(shè)計對象為一類公共建筑,耐火等級為一級。設(shè)計對象與周邊建筑距離9m,項目內(nèi)高層建筑之間距離13m,辦公樓周圍設(shè)置環(huán)形消防車道。建筑平面耐火設(shè)計根據(jù)建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)和用途以及相應(yīng)的規(guī)范,將建筑每層劃分為一個防火分區(qū),并把每層劃分為兩個防煙分區(qū)。安全疏散路線為房間→走道→前室→樓梯間。在各防火分區(qū)設(shè)兩個疏散口,兩個安全出口距離大于5m。本設(shè)計每個塔樓設(shè)兩部防煙樓梯,一部消防電梯。設(shè)計對象危險等級為嚴重危險級,火災(zāi)類型主要為A類火災(zāi),同時存在E類火災(zāi)。設(shè)計配置磷酸銨鹽干粉手提式滅火器(MF/ABC5),最小配置滅火級別為3A,最大保護距離為15m。確定一到二十七層的滅火器設(shè)置點每層均4處,地下室設(shè)置點17處,一、三到二十七層每層滅火器均為8具,第二層4具,地下室17具。消火栓給水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算主要包括室外、室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)這兩個部分。室外消火栓用水量為30L/s,設(shè)置3個室外低壓地上式消火栓。室內(nèi)消火栓用水量為40L/s,消火栓保護半徑28m,建筑共設(shè)置5根立管。,,消防水泵揚程150m,8型號消防泵一臺,一用一備,消防水泵接合器4臺。設(shè)計設(shè)置一個消防水池,有效容積為435m3,設(shè)置消防水箱,有效容積為28m3,不設(shè)增壓設(shè)施。自動噴水系統(tǒng)選用濕式自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。按照規(guī)范,確定其屬于中危險級中的I級危險等級。設(shè)計使用正方形噴頭布置方式,確定最不利點處作用面積的位置及形狀后計算得出最不利點處作用面積內(nèi)噴頭數(shù)14個,(min ? m2)。,,噴淋水泵揚程165m,選用XBD18/401509型號消防噴淋泵一臺,一用一備,消防水泵接合器3臺。設(shè)計設(shè)置一個消防水池,有效容積為108m3,設(shè)置消防水箱,有效容積為18m3,不設(shè)增壓設(shè)施。對某準甲級辦公樓進行防排煙設(shè)計,地上部分以第四層為例,,選用HTFCINO33消防通風(fēng)低噪音柜式離心風(fēng)機一臺,配用電機:Y225M6,功率30Kw。地下車庫劃分為4個防煙分區(qū),11區(qū)風(fēng)機風(fēng)量:79332m3/h,選用HTFCINO40消防離心風(fēng)機一臺;12區(qū)風(fēng)機風(fēng)量:65280m3/h,選用HTFCINO36風(fēng)機一臺;21區(qū)風(fēng)機風(fēng)量:36751m3/h,選用HTFCINO27風(fēng)機兩臺;22區(qū)風(fēng)機風(fēng)量:74184m3/h,選用HTFCINO40風(fēng)機一臺?;馂?zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計采用集中報警系統(tǒng),并設(shè)消防控制室。設(shè)計選用感煙火災(zāi)探測器,各層分為2個探測單元,探測器保護面積A=60m2,保護半徑R=。探測器布置數(shù)量,一層26個,二層16個,三到二十七層35個,地下室75個。關(guān)鍵詞: 高層建筑;綜合辦公樓;消防設(shè)計;消火栓系統(tǒng);自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)Fire protection system design of Grade A office building in a Technology ParkDesign Notes:The objective of this design is a Grade A office building in a Technology Park. The fireproof distance between this building and other highrise buildings should be 9m, while between the building and other residence and podium should be 13m. According to the result of puting protected area square and fire protection levels, fire extinguishers set 4 point in the first floor to the 27th floor, 17 point in the basement, 8 fire extinguishers in the first floor and 3th floor to the 27th floor, 4 fire extinguishers in the second floor and 17 fire extinguishers in the basement.Fire water supply system design includes the outdoor fire hydrant system and indoor fire hydrant system. Outdoor fire hydrant water consumption is 30L / s, set three outdoor low voltage ground fire hydrant. Indoor fire hydrant water consumption is 40L / s. The waterpower calculation of full water spout is12m, fire hydrant protective radius is 28m, fire hydrant distance is , setting up 5 risers in building.
