天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)Tianjin University of Technology and Education畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計專 業(yè): 自動化 班級學(xué)號: 自0x0x班—xx號 學(xué)生姓名: x x x 指導(dǎo)教師: x x x 副教授 二〇一〇 年 六 月天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計基于S7300的單容水箱液位控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計Design of LiquidLevel Control System Based on S7300專業(yè)班級: 自動化0x0x班學(xué)生姓名: x x x指導(dǎo)教師: x x x 副教授學(xué) 院: 自動化與電氣工程學(xué)院2010年 6月摘 要可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)作為現(xiàn)代工業(yè)自動化的三大支柱之一,以其可靠性、靈活性在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。PLC是微電子技術(shù)和自動控制技術(shù)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,并受到計算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)的影響。我國近年來工業(yè)自動化水平逐漸提高,PLC在許多行業(yè)得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。西門子公司的S7300系列PLC以結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,擴(kuò)展能力強(qiáng),高性價比的特點(diǎn)在許多行業(yè)受到青睞。在本次設(shè)計中,就以S7300作為控制器,設(shè)計一個運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、安全可靠又經(jīng)濟(jì)的液位控制系統(tǒng)。控制核心以S7300系列的CPU313C2DP為主,以電磁閥、壓力變送器、水泵、上位機(jī)、分隔式水槽等為輔構(gòu)成了單容水箱液位控制系統(tǒng),對整個液位控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了硬件設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計。在設(shè)計過程中,首先,進(jìn)行硬件的選擇、設(shè)計。其次,針對S7300PLC的進(jìn)行模塊化編程,實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的歸一化等功能。最后,利用組態(tài)王軟件設(shè)計人機(jī)對話界面,通過上位機(jī)控制實現(xiàn)液位的自動控制,上下限參數(shù)的在線設(shè)置,及液位測量值的在線監(jiān)控;達(dá)到液位控制系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)要求。關(guān)鍵詞:S7300;組態(tài)王;液位控制ABSTRACTProgrammable Logic Controller (PLC), one of the three pillars of modern industry automation, has gained rapidly development at the industry control field for its high reliability and flexibility. PLC is the product of the bination of microelectronic technology and automatic control technology, and it can be influenced by puter technology and munication technology. Recent years, as the level of the industry automation increased in our country, PLC has been widely used in more and more fields. Siemens PLC of the s7300 series has been the favor of many industries, with the characters of pacted structure, strong extensible ability, and high function/price ratio. This design is going to fulfill a liquid level control system, which is stable, safe, and affordable, using s7300 as the controller. The core is CPU313C2DP of S7300 series and the auxiliary parts contain a solenoid valve, a pressure transmitter, a motor, PC, a separatedtype tank and so on. In the design, software system and hardware system can be designed pletely.During the designing process, first of all, hardwires are chosen and designed. Second, module programming can be done to get normalized data and Position Control.
