【正文】 摘 要在建材、冶金、化工、礦物加工和環(huán)保等許多行業(yè)中，廣泛地使用回轉(zhuǎn)圓筒型設(shè)備對散裝或漿狀物料進行物理或化學(xué)處理，這種回轉(zhuǎn)圓筒設(shè)備被稱為回轉(zhuǎn)窯。水泥生產(chǎn)是由原料預(yù)處理(均化、破碎、烘干等)、生料制備(配料、粉磨、均化)、熟料鍛燒(分解預(yù)熱、鍛燒、煤磨)、水泥制成(水泥配料、粉磨、包裝)四大部分組成，其中水泥熟料的煅燒是水泥生產(chǎn)中最重要的過程，所用的設(shè)備水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯，常被稱為水泥廠的心臟。水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯由機械、電氣、液壓等部分組成。通過研究設(shè)計主要用PLC為核心控制水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯系統(tǒng)，主要包括有: ①回轉(zhuǎn)窯輔助電機的正常運轉(zhuǎn)控制。②主電機的變頻調(diào)速控制。③燃燒器移動小車的正反轉(zhuǎn)運行控制。④主減速機潤滑站的控制應(yīng)按TE525潤滑站的壓力、溫度、液位等控制。⑤擋輪液壓站TE326的控制。結(jié)論控制方案包括: ①主電機為變頻調(diào)速電機，故采用變頻器控制其調(diào)速運行。②輔助電機、燃燒小車的控制比較簡單，直接用繼電接觸器控制其運行。③擋輪液壓站、主減速機潤滑站因控制內(nèi)容多，工藝復(fù)雜，兩者均采用由 PLC 控制的方式，利用 PLC 的硬件電路與軟件結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)擋輪液壓站、主減速機潤滑站的正常運轉(zhuǎn)與故障報警等控制功能。 關(guān)鍵詞 水泥，回轉(zhuǎn)窯，PLC，控制系統(tǒng)ABSTRACTIn building materials,metallurgy,chemical,mineral processing,environmental protection,and many other industries,people widespread use of rotating cylindrical device on the bulk or slurry material to do physical or chemical treatment,whichh is known as rotary kiln that with rotating cylinder device.Cement production is posed by the raw material pretreatment (homogenizing,crushing,drying,etc.),raw material preparationing redients,grinding,homogenization),clinker calcination(deposition and preheating,calcination,coal mill),cement products (Cement batching,grinding,packaging).And calcining cement clinker which is the most important cement production process,so its equipment–cement rotary kiln,often referred to as the heart of kiln consist of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and other studying and the design of cement rotary kiln system we will use PLC as the main core of the including: Firstly, rotary control of the normal operation of auxiliary , the main motor of the variable frequency , move the car reversing the burner operation control. The fourth is the main reducer lubrication station control stations shall TE525 lubrication pressure,temperature,liquid level control. The fifth is gear wheel hydraulic TE326 control. Conclusions control program include: First of all, main motor for frequency conversion motor,which inverter control its speed ,auxiliary motors,bustion car’s control is relatively simple,which direct contacts with the relay control its operation.
