【正文】 徐州師范大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） PLC在自動化立體倉庫中的應用第一章 緒 論 摘 要自動化立體倉庫是物流中的重要組成部分，它是在不直接進行人工干預的情況下自動地存儲和取出物流的系統(tǒng)。它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會發(fā)展的高科技產物，對提高生產率、降低成本有著重要意義。它具有占地面積小、儲存量大、周轉快的優(yōu)點，是集信息、存儲、管理于一體的高技術密集型機電一體化產物。近年來，隨著企業(yè)生產與管理的不斷提高，越來越多的企業(yè)認識到物流系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重要。堆垛機是自動化立體倉庫中最重要的起重堆垛設備，它能夠在自動化立體的巷道中來回穿梭運行，將位于巷道口的貨物存入貨格；或者相反取出貨格內的貨物運送到巷道口。上世紀50年代末開始，相繼研制和采用了自動導引小車（AVG）、自動貨架、自動存取機器人、自動識別和自動分揀等系統(tǒng)。到上世紀70年代，旋轉體式貨架、移動式貨架、巷道式堆垛機和其他搬運設備都加入了自動控制行列，但只是各個設備的局部自動化并各自獨立應用，被稱為“自動化孤島”。 隨著計算機技術的發(fā)展，工作重點轉向物資的控制和管理，要求實時、協(xié)調和一體化。計算機之間、數據采集點之間、機械設備的控制器之間以及它們與主計算機之間的通信可以及時的匯總信息，倉庫計算機及時地記錄訂貨和到貨時間，顯示庫存量，計劃人員可以方便地作出供貨決策，管理人員隨時掌握貨源及需求。 信息技術的應用已成為倉儲技術的重要支柱。到上世紀70年代末，自動化技術被越來越多地應用到生產和分配領域?！白詣踊聧u”需要集成化，于是便形成了“集成系統(tǒng)”的概念。在集成化系統(tǒng)中，整個系統(tǒng)的有機協(xié)作，使總體效益和生產的應變能力大大超過各部分獨立效益的總和。集成化倉庫技術作為計算機集成制造系統(tǒng)中物資存儲的中心受到人們的重視，在集成化系統(tǒng)里包括了人、設備和控制系統(tǒng)。 [關鍵詞] 自動化立體倉庫；堆垛機；計算機與PLC的通信。Abstract Automated multilayered storehouse is an important part in logistics, it is not directly under the condition of manual intervention automatically storage and remove logistics system.
