【正文】 分類號:TN86 U D C:D10621408(2022)14520密 級:公 開 編 號:2022072064簡易數(shù)控線性直流穩(wěn)壓電源的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)論文作者姓名: 安俊潔申請學(xué)位專業(yè): 電氣工程及其自動化申請學(xué)位類別: 工學(xué)學(xué)士指 導(dǎo) 教 師 姓 名 (職 稱 ): 伍瑾斐 (講師)論文提交日期: 2022 年 06 月 09 日簡易數(shù)控線性直流穩(wěn)壓電源的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)摘 要本設(shè)計完成了一款數(shù)字化線性直流穩(wěn)壓電源的制作,該電源可以將220V、50HZ的交流轉(zhuǎn)換成5V~15V 可調(diào)節(jié)的直流。系統(tǒng)由變壓器、整流器、濾波器、穩(wěn)壓器組成。其中穩(wěn)壓器是基于具有放大環(huán)節(jié)的串聯(lián)型穩(wěn)壓原理進(jìn)行設(shè)計。為實(shí)現(xiàn)電源的數(shù)字化調(diào)節(jié)性能,設(shè)計中引入了單片機(jī)數(shù)字控制技術(shù),利用STC89C52單片機(jī)對直流穩(wěn)壓電源進(jìn)行數(shù)字調(diào)節(jié)控制。同時利用D/A、A/D芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字電路與模擬電路的連接。采用按鍵對電壓進(jìn)行預(yù)置和調(diào)節(jié),使用方便,且成本較低。最后輸出電壓由數(shù)碼管進(jìn)行顯示。除此之外,系統(tǒng)還設(shè)計了短路和過流保護(hù)電路及報警電路,使得該電源適用于各種有較高精度要求的場合。同時基于單片機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)支持在軟件設(shè)計上進(jìn)行功能擴(kuò)展,而并不需要增加額外的硬件開銷,從而提高電源的性價比。經(jīng)測試,該電源具有較好的帶負(fù)載能力,具有較好的實(shí)用性。 關(guān)鍵詞:單片機(jī);數(shù)字控制;穩(wěn)壓電源;D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器;D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器The Design and Implement of Simple Numerical linear DC Power SupplyAbstractThe design is a digital production of linear DC power. The linear DC power can convert 220V, 50HZ AC into 5V ~ 15V DC which is adjustable. The system consists of transformer, rectifier, filter and regulator. The regulator is designed based on the enlarged part of a series regulator. In order to achieve the power’s digital regulation, the SCM digital control technology, which used STC89C52 microcontroller for digital DC power supply regulation and control, is applied here. Meanwhile it takes advantages of D/A, A/D chip to connect digital circuit and analog circuit. The voltage can be preset and adjusted through buttons Unit, which is easy to use and low cost. Finally, the output voltage is displayed by the LED. In addition, the system also designed shortcircuits, over current protection circuit and alarm circuit, making the power can be applied in various occasions where higher accuracy requirements are demanded. At the same time, the control system which is based on SCM supports extensions of software development, and does not require additional hardware, thereby enhancing the general performance of the linear DC power.
