延 邊 大 學(xué) 二〇 一 二 年 二 月學(xué)校代碼: 10184 學(xué) 號: 2084020215 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題 目: 可調(diào) 直流 穩(wěn)壓電源電路的設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 生 姓 名 : 學(xué) 院 :工學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 電 子 信 息 工 程 班 級: 2021 級 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 : I 摘 要 20世紀(jì) 70 年代開始,出現(xiàn)了世界范圍的能源危機(jī),交流電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速因具有節(jié)能效果顯著的特點(diǎn)而得到迅速發(fā)展。電力電子電路的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了整流器時(shí)代、逆變器時(shí)代和變頻器時(shí)代幾個(gè)發(fā)展階段。 同樣電源的發(fā)展也經(jīng)歷了這三個(gè)時(shí)代的變化。不論是在生活上, 工業(yè)上,以及軍事上都需要能源(電源),不同的工作要求需要不同種類的電源。電源的不同種類推廣 從而給人類的工作、生活帶來了一定程度上的便利。早期的 電源 多 是 線性穩(wěn)壓電源 , 內(nèi)部功耗大、轉(zhuǎn)換率低 、 體積大、重量重 、 輸入電壓動(dòng)態(tài)范圍小,線性調(diào)整率低(不能設(shè)計(jì) 100250V) 使得電源的使用范圍受到一定的限制。本文設(shè)計(jì)的穩(wěn)壓電源 以 體積小、 可調(diào)控 范 圍廣、效率高、 應(yīng)用范圍廣的目的 而設(shè)計(jì)的 。 本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)采用 PWM 發(fā)生器及驅(qū)動(dòng)器 為核心,設(shè)計(jì)附有 儲(chǔ)能、濾波、分時(shí)導(dǎo)通的可調(diào)直流穩(wěn)壓電源 系統(tǒng), 具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,成本低,精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn) , 很大程度 上滿足了穩(wěn)壓電源 的應(yīng)用需求。 關(guān)鍵詞: PWM 發(fā)生器 ; 變壓器 ; 三極管 ; 死區(qū)時(shí)間 ; II Abstract The 1970s, there was the world energy crisis, ac motor with variable frequency speed regulation for energy saving effective remarkable characteristics and rapid development. The development of the power electronic circuits experiences the rectifier era, inverter frequency converter several times and times development stage. The same development also experienced the three times of changes. Whether in life, industry, or military that needs energy (power), different work required different kinds of power supply. The power of the different types of work is to promote human life with a degree of convenience. Early power is linear regulated power supply, which is internal power, low conversion efficiency, big volume, heavy weight, and the input voltage of dynamic range small. The adjust rate of linear is low (can39。t design 100250 V) which makes the power of the scope of application limits. In this paper, the design of regulated power supply is small, which can control range, high efficiency, wide range application of the purpose of the design. This design system adopts PWM generator and drives as the core, design with energy storage, filtering, timesharing guide through the adjustable DC power supply system, the structure is simple, low cost, high precision of advantages, which is a great of extent, and meets the application requirements of voltage stabilizer.
