【正文】 河河 南南 理理 工工 大大 學(xué)學(xué) 《可編程邏輯控制其原理及應(yīng)用》設(shè)計 報告 基于 PLC 的全自動洗衣機控制 成 員 ： 朱 學(xué)政 專業(yè)班級： 電儀 093 班 指導(dǎo)老師： 杜靜靜 所在學(xué)院 ： 電氣工程與自動化學(xué)院 2020 年 6 月 14 日 摘要 隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，洗衣機已經(jīng)作為 一件必備實用的家用電器進(jìn)入了千家萬戶 。 人們對洗衣機依賴性的加強也必然要求著洗衣機的各 相 性能得到同步加強，要求著洗衣機適應(yīng)各種不同使用環(huán)境的能力得到進(jìn)一步提升。 近年來，可 編程控制器在我國的迅速發(fā)展， 它所具有的功能性強 、 可靠性高、配制方法靈活等特點是其它控制器所無法匹敵的，因此，它被越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用于各類工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域并加快了向民眾生活進(jìn)軍的步法 。 本文講述的是如何利用 PLC 實現(xiàn)全自動洗衣機的控制 ， 實現(xiàn)洗衣 、清水、脫水的全自動控制。 本文結(jié)合 任務(wù)設(shè)計書的要求，以 洗衣機為 研究對象，采用了 三菱公司 FX2n 系列可編程 邏輯 控制器作為 洗衣機 的控制器。對 洗衣機 的控制系統(tǒng)的總體功能進(jìn)行了分析，闡述了可編程 邏輯 控制器的組成和工作原理。并提出了 洗衣機 硬件的各組成模塊及詳細(xì)的硬件模塊設(shè)計方 案。本設(shè)計改善了 洗衣機系統(tǒng)的控制品質(zhì)，并真正地達(dá)到了實時 全自動 控制的要求。 關(guān)鍵字 ： 洗衣機 ； 全自動 ； 可編程 邏輯 控制器 ； 控制 Summary With the continuous improvement of people39。s living standard, the washing machine as an essential and practical household appliances into the millions of households. People dependent strengthening for the washing machine inevitable requirement for the performance of the washing machine synchronization and strengthen requirements with the washing machine to adapt to the different capacity of the environment. In recent years, the rapid development of Programmable logic controller in China, it has the functionality, reliability, and flexible method of preparation is characterized what unmatched by the other controller. Therefore, it is increasingly widely used in various field of industrial control and speed up the footwork to enter people39。s lives. This article describes how to use a PLC to control the automatic washing machine to achieve the laundry, clean, dehydrated automatic control. In this paper, the requirements of the mission design books, washing machine for the the Mitsubishi FX2n series programmable logic controller as a washing machine controller. The overall function of the washing machine control system is analyzed on the position and working principle of the programmable controller. And washing machine hardware building blocks and detailed design of the hardware module. This design improves the quality of washing machine control and meet the requirements of realtime automatic control.
