【正文】 安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)與環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)性研究王淑梅第一作者：王淑梅，女，1980年生，碩士，研究方向?yàn)槟茉喘h(huán)境化學(xué)。 李偉東2 李金海1（1. 中國(guó)石油環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)總站， 山東 東營(yíng) 257061；2. 中國(guó)石油大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程系， 山東 東營(yíng) 257061）摘要 對(duì)既有安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)又有環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，不僅要進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià),還要求進(jìn)行環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)。目前，對(duì)于如何進(jìn)行安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)，未見有具體的指導(dǎo)性建議。許多評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告中，兩類評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告混淆嚴(yán)重，不利于突出各自的重點(diǎn)和評(píng)價(jià)工作的深入進(jìn)行。以筆者對(duì)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的認(rèn)識(shí)出發(fā)，分析總結(jié)兩類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)間的相關(guān)性問題。關(guān)鍵詞 環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià) 安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià) 相關(guān)性Study on the relativity between environmental risk assessment and safety risk assessment Wang Shumei1，Li Weidong2，Li Jinhai1.（ Monitoring Center of CNPC，Dongying Shandong 257061； Science amp。 Engineering Department, China University of petroleum, Dongying Shandong 257061）Abstract: The assessment on the construction projects of safety risk were required by law, and also one the construction projects of major environmental risk. Now the guidelines on how to carry on the assessment of safety risk and environmental risk were not issued by responsible authorities. To ment many assessment reports as a whole, the contents of and methodologies used for the safety risk assessment and environmental risk assessment on the same construction project were garbled, which was not benefit to the emphasizing the different risk and to the full assessment of the risk.
