啤酒廠污水處理工藝流程設計(已修改)

【正文】 北京理工大學珠海學院 2020 屆本科生畢業(yè)設計 I 啤酒廠污水處理工藝 流程 設計 摘 要 啤酒工業(yè)在我國迅猛發(fā)展的同時,排出了大量的啤酒 污 水,給環(huán)境造成了極大的威脅。啤酒 污水 處理廠的處理水量為 5000 dm/3 ,不考慮遠期發(fā)展。原污水中各項指標為: BOD 濃度為 800mg/L ,COD 濃度為 1400mg/L , SS 濃度為 350mg/L, Ph=6~ 10 。因該 污水 BOD 值較大 ,不經(jīng)處理會對環(huán)境造成巨大污染,故要求處理后的排放水要嚴格達到國家二級排放標準 ,即: BOD ≤ 20mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70mg/L , Ph=6~ 9。 本文分析了啤酒生產(chǎn)中 污水 產(chǎn)生的環(huán)節(jié),污染物及主要污染來源,并從好氧、厭氧生物處理兩方面來考慮了 污水 治理工藝,提出了 UASB+CASS 的組合工藝流程??蓪?污水 COD由 1400 mg/L 降至 50~ 100 mg/L , BOD 從 800mg/L 降至 20 mg/L 以下, SS 由 350 mg/L 降到 70 mg/L 以下,出水符合標準。 本設計工藝流程為: 啤酒 污水 → 格柵 → 污水提升泵房 → 水力篩 → 調(diào)節(jié)池 → UASB 反應器 → CASS 池 → 處理水 該處理工藝具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊簡潔, 運行控制靈活,抗沖擊負荷,污泥量小等特點。為啤酒工業(yè) 污水 處理提供了一條可行途徑。具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 啤酒 污水 UASB CASS 北京理工大學珠海學院 2020 屆本科生畢業(yè)設計 II Sewage Treatment Process Design of Beer Factory Abstract With the rapid development of brewery industry in China, more brewery wastewater is discharged, which endangers enviroment. The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 5000 dm/3 , regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is 800 mg/L , the concentration of COD is 1400 mg/L , the concentration of SS is 350 mg/L, and pH is 6~ 10 . For the beer waste water39。s BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the two effluence standard in the country, which is as following: BOD ≤ 20 mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70 mg/L ,pH = 6~ 9 . According to the product scale of beer brewery, the main standard of draining water\natural materials, and so on, the main process technology of the beer waste water disposal station is defined as UASB + CASS .Practice of project indicate, when COD of wastewater reduces from 1400mg/l to 50~100mg/l, BOD reduces from 800mg/l to 20mg/l, SS reduces from 350mg/l to 70mg/l, so that drains out can reaches the Standard. The technological process of this design is: Beer waste water → Screens → The sewage lift pump house → shuili shai → Regulates tank → Reaction tank of UASB → Tank of CASS → Treatment water This technology of wastewater treatment has many traits. Such as, wellknit structure, pithy quick control, lasting attacked, less sledge capacity. Practice indicates that the posed craft has reliable function, its investment is little, and its running and management is unplicated.
