Upgrade management philosophy has bee an inevitable trend, more and more fitness management pany start to use the ERP system, to the adoption of advanced management software to improve business management capacity and enhance petitiveness. Development process in the fitness industry, the most important thing is how to develop members. The development of the fitness industry often depends on the growing membership. So some panies usually expand their membership group through advertising, field publicity and other means, thus ensuring the continuous development of enterprises. However, if including those who wish to be members or who just want to experience the health service to be members, it will be a considerable challenge to management. And it will be difficult to maintain and update a huge number of members in the future. Therefore, it is imminent how to build a reasonable and effective management system for potential members. In this paper, for the needs of the implementation of ERP in potential member management system, implement the potential member management system module based on the implementation of ERP environment, so that enterprises in a rapidly changing market environment, timely and accurate understanding of customer needs, gain an advantage in the petition. The theoretical basis is member management. The development tool is JDE OMW (Object Management Workbench). To manage the potential members as full members reasonable and effective, and aggregate the information and reasonable analysis potential members. It can provide the basis for the development of business decisionmakers. This paper will mainly build a potential member management system truly based on JDE, which is a fitness management pany to adapt to the actual business needs of the membership management subsystem. The system will provide a theoretical basis for further research to develop a variety of other business processes subsystems based on ERP environment.
