【正文】 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸測(cè)量診斷的處理與評(píng)定方法 班級(jí)： 機(jī)械卓越1001 姓名： 魏延賓 學(xué)號(hào)： 3100301095 任課老師： 駱志高 2013年10月摘要發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸是汽車(chē)的重要部件，屬于典型的細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸類(lèi)零件。它的功能是驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整個(gè)配氣系統(tǒng)及其附件，使其快速、準(zhǔn)確地吞吐大量燃?xì)?，保證正確的配氣相位和按一定運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律控制氣門(mén)組定時(shí)開(kāi)、閉。其中凸輪軸上各凸輪的廓線形狀和尺寸是影響氣門(mén)開(kāi)閉間隙大小和配氣效率的主要因素，直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的充氣系數(shù)、功率輸出、動(dòng)力性能以及廢氣排放。另外凸輪廓線下降段的輪廓誤差也是產(chǎn)生噪聲的原因之一。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸制造質(zhì)量與汽車(chē)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)力性、舒適性息息相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞：凸輪軸，檢測(cè)，數(shù)據(jù)處理ABSTRACTAs a classic long shaft, Engine camshaft is a very important part in a car. It acts for motivating the whole timing system and other accessories and letting them take in and send out oil air fast and accurately which can assure aright timing phase and a logically open and close of the valve. The size and shape of cams on camshaft are the main factors which affecting valve working and timing efficiency.
