南昌航空大學(xué)科技學(xué)院學(xué)士學(xué)位論文混凝土攪拌車攪拌實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)仿真設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 班級(jí): 指導(dǎo)老師: 摘要:攪拌運(yùn)輸車的攪拌筒之所以具有攪拌和卸料的功能,主要是因?yàn)榘柰矁?nèi)部特有的兩條連續(xù)螺旋葉片在工作時(shí)形成螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng),從而推動(dòng)混凝土沿?cái)嚢柰草S向和切向產(chǎn)生復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)的結(jié)果。因此兩條葉片的螺旋曲線的形式及結(jié)構(gòu)直接影響攪拌筒的工作性能。本論文基于物料在螺旋葉片上的攪拌出料機(jī)理對(duì)螺旋葉片的工作原理、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行理論分析和計(jì)算,同時(shí)對(duì)前錐段、后錐段的螺旋葉片進(jìn)行展開設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)拌筒進(jìn)行幾何設(shè)計(jì)。攪拌筒既是攪拌運(yùn)輸車運(yùn)輸混凝土的裝載容器,又是攪拌混凝土的工作裝置。幾何設(shè)計(jì)是攪拌筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),它包括幾何容積計(jì)算、外形尺寸的確定、攪拌筒有效容積及滿載時(shí)重心位置計(jì)算。為使混凝土攪拌運(yùn)輸車的攪拌裝置系列化,以滿足用戶要求,借用計(jì)算機(jī)程序語(yǔ)言對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。基于功率鍵合圖的建模方法,利用大型軟件Matlab的仿真工具箱Simulink,對(duì)混凝土攪拌運(yùn)輸車液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,同時(shí)建立系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模型,用此來(lái)模擬液壓系統(tǒng)工作過程,更好地反映系統(tǒng)中各輸出變量隨輸入變量的變化關(guān)系。尤其是對(duì)輔助泵調(diào)節(jié)斜盤角度系統(tǒng)、變量主泵控制系統(tǒng)及恒速控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,為液壓系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供有益的借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞:混凝土攪拌運(yùn)輸車 拌筒 幾何設(shè)計(jì) 螺旋葉片 Design of the Structure of the Truck Mixer and DigitalSimulation of its Hydraulic System Student name: Class Supervisor: Abstract:The truck mixer is a vehicle for transportation concrete. It is fulfilled two actions,conveying concrete and mixing concrete. These actions not only ensure the quality of the concrete, but also make the conveying distance longer. But in the northwest area of our country, research on the field of the truck mixer is little. So the truck mixer must be developed strongly in order to meet the need of the rising concrete market. Three important parts are studied in this thesis. Firstly, the helixvanes of the truck mixer are designed following the principles of the flowing state of the concrete on the helixvane. Secondly, the drum of the truck mixer is designed base on its working characteristic. Thirdly, with the widely used soft ware package SIMULINK the mathematic models of the hydraulic system driving the truck mixer are established on the found of the theory and method of power bond graph.
