2022 屆熱能與動力工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 ( 論文 )題 目 仙游電站水泵水輪機 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 專 業(yè) 熱能與動力工程 班 級 動 093 班 學(xué) 生 **** 指導(dǎo)教師 *** 教授 2022 年:福建仙游蓄能電站水泵水輪機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計2福建仙游蓄能電站水泵水輪機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計摘 要抽水蓄能電站在電網(wǎng)中擔任填谷調(diào)峰的關(guān)鍵作用,對提高電網(wǎng)供電質(zhì)量和電網(wǎng)靈活性有著十分重要的意義。安裝在抽水蓄能電站的水泵水輪機,需要根據(jù)電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度在水輪機和水泵兩種工況間轉(zhuǎn)換運行,以此完成調(diào)頻調(diào)峰等重要任務(wù)。由于水頭高、轉(zhuǎn)速高、容量大、運行工況復(fù)雜、起停頻繁等特點,因而決定了水泵水輪機在結(jié)構(gòu)上表現(xiàn)出獨有的特征.福建仙游蓄能水電廠從電站規(guī)模、機組容量及高水頭水泵水輪機等方面而言,都是極具代表性的抽水蓄能電站。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計就是以該電站為對象,通過查閱相關(guān)資料及水輪機設(shè)計手冊,輔助以 CAD 繪圖工具,對其混流式水泵水輪機結(jié)構(gòu)進行設(shè)計,繪制了總裝配圖,導(dǎo)水機構(gòu)裝配圖,導(dǎo)葉布置圖,主軸零件圖。關(guān)鍵詞:福建仙游蓄能電站, 水泵水輪機, 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,CAD2022 屆熱能與動力工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) The Structural Design of Pumpturbine inFujian Xianyou Pumped Storage Power stationAbstract Pumped storage power station plays a pivotal role in pekaclipping of power grid,being significant to improve the quality of power supply and the flexibility of power ,which is specially applied to pumped storage power station,transfers between turbine and pump according to the manage of power grid to fulfil the vital task of peak regulation and frequency adjustment. It also shows unique features in structure due to the characteristics of high water head, high speed, large capacity, plex operation condition and frequent startstop.
