【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)用紙中文摘要目前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于高速發(fā)展階段,國際上經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)日趨明顯,這為我國模具工業(yè)高速發(fā)展提供了良好的條件和機(jī)遇。對(duì)沖壓生產(chǎn)而言,單工位模具結(jié)構(gòu)單一,生產(chǎn)效率低,而且鈑金零件不能過于復(fù)雜,否則就需要多副單工位模具才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。如果采用級(jí)進(jìn)模進(jìn)行沖壓生產(chǎn),就可以改變這些缺點(diǎn)。多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模是在普通級(jí)進(jìn)模的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的一種高精度、高效率、長(zhǎng)壽命的模具,是技術(shù)密集型模具的重要代表,是沖模發(fā)展方向之一。這種模具除進(jìn)行沖孔落料工作外,還可根據(jù)零件結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)和成形性質(zhì),完成壓筋、沖窩、彎曲、拉深等成形工序,甚至還可以在模具中完成裝配工序。沖壓時(shí),將帶料或條料由模具入口端送進(jìn)后,在嚴(yán)格控制步距精度的條件下,按照成形工藝安排的順序,通過各工位的連續(xù)沖壓,在最后工位經(jīng)沖裁或切斷后,便可沖制出符合產(chǎn)品要求的沖壓件。為保證多工位級(jí)進(jìn)模的正常工作,模具必須具有高精度的導(dǎo)向和準(zhǔn)確的定距系統(tǒng),配備有自動(dòng)送料、自動(dòng)出件、安全檢測(cè)等裝置級(jí)進(jìn)模的特點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)效率高,生產(chǎn)周期短,占用的操作人員少,非常適合大批量生產(chǎn)。級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)之一就是毛坯排樣,排樣方案對(duì)材料的利用率、沖壓加工的工藝性以及模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和壽命等有著顯著的影響。 本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題來源于工廠的工作實(shí)踐, 模具結(jié)構(gòu)也較為常見,對(duì)于我們初學(xué)者是一種鍛煉。在設(shè)計(jì)該模具的同時(shí)總結(jié)了以往模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法、步驟,模具設(shè)計(jì)中常用的公式、數(shù)據(jù)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)及零部件。把以前學(xué)過的基礎(chǔ)課程融匯到這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中來。在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中同時(shí)還用到了CAD、UG等軟件。 由于實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論技術(shù)有限,設(shè)計(jì)的錯(cuò)誤和不足之處希望各位老師批評(píng)指正。關(guān)鍵詞:級(jí)進(jìn)模、排樣、工藝分析、模具制造ABSTRACTAt present, China39。s economy is still in stage of rapid development, the international trend of economic globalization is increasingly clear that rapid development of China39。s mold industry to provide good conditions and opportunities.
