【正文】 LED在設(shè)施園藝產(chǎn)業(yè)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢 楊其長 (中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究所,北京 100081)摘 要:設(shè)施園藝是一個能耗相對較高的產(chǎn)業(yè),其中人工光能耗占有相當?shù)谋戎兀瑴p少人工光能耗是實現(xiàn)設(shè)施園藝節(jié)能的重要課題。LED不僅具有體積小、壽命長、耗能低、波長固定與低發(fā)熱等優(yōu)點,而且還能根據(jù)植物需要進行發(fā)光光譜的精確配置,實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)光源無法替代的節(jié)能、環(huán)保和空間高效利用等功能。該文通過對LED在設(shè)施園藝領(lǐng)域研究現(xiàn)狀的詳細闡述,重點介紹了LED的光源特性及其在設(shè)施栽培、組織培養(yǎng)、植物工廠和太空農(nóng)業(yè)等方面的應(yīng)用進展,并對LED在人工補光、植物工廠、生命保障系統(tǒng)以及與新能源結(jié)合等方面的應(yīng)用前景進行了分析和展望。關(guān)鍵詞:人工光源;發(fā)光二極管(LED);設(shè)施園藝Application and Foreground of LightEmitting Diode(LED)in Protected Horticulture Yang Qichang( Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing 100081, China)Abstract: The application of lightemitting diode (LED) in agriculture and bioindustry has been concerned by all over the world with the development of LED technology. LED not only has many advantages, such as small size, longer life, low energy consumption, particular wavelength and low production of heat, but also can emit the exact spectrum based on the need of plant. LED can actualize a lot of functions, such as energysaving, environmentfriendly and efficient space utilization, which can’t be achieved by conventional light source. The application of LED in agriculture and bioindustry has been reviewed in this paper, which includes the characteristics of LED and the progress of LED applied in plant cultivation, tissue culture, plant factory and controlled ecological life support system(CELSS). Trends of LED applied in artificial lighting, plant factory, CELSS and bination with new energy are also outlined.Key words: Artificial lighting, LightEmitting Diode(LED), Protected Horticulture0 引言 設(shè)施園藝是一個高投入、高產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)業(yè),同時也是高能耗的行業(yè)。據(jù)聯(lián)合國糧食計劃署統(tǒng)計,全世界一年農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的能耗量有35%用于設(shè)施園藝產(chǎn)業(yè),能耗費用約占溫室作物生產(chǎn)總費用的15%~40%。人工光源作為設(shè)施園藝的重要組成部分,同時也是耗能和增加運行成本的主要因素。有關(guān)資料顯示,大型連棟溫室人工補光(以高壓鈉燈或金屬鹵素燈為人工光源)的能耗功率約為200kw/ha;植物苗工廠(以熒光燈為人工光源)各種設(shè)備的能耗比例為:照明約占82%,空調(diào)制冷約占15%,其他占3%(Kozai,2002);人工光植物工廠(以熒光燈為光源),照明能耗(三層結(jié)構(gòu))為800W/m2,約占總能耗的4555%(Yang,2006));植物組培人工光(以熒光燈為人工光源)的能耗(培養(yǎng)架四層結(jié)構(gòu))為500600W/m2,約占運行費用的30%40%。長期以來在設(shè)施園藝領(lǐng)域使用的人工光源主要有高壓鈉燈、熒光燈、金屬鹵素燈、白熾燈等,這些光源的突出缺點是能耗大、運行費用高。因此,提高發(fā)光效率、減少能耗一直是設(shè)施園藝領(lǐng)域人工光應(yīng)用的重要課題。 如果能近年來,隨著光電技術(shù)的發(fā)展,帶動了高亮度紅光、藍光與遠紅光發(fā)光二極管(LightEmitting Diode, LED)的誕生,使低能耗人工光源在設(shè)施園藝領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用成為可能。LED具有高光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率、使用直流電、體積小、壽命長、耗能低、波長固定與低發(fā)熱等優(yōu)點,與目前普遍使用的高壓鈉燈和熒光燈相比,不僅光量、光質(zhì)(紅/藍光比例或紅/遠紅光比例等)可調(diào),而且還是低發(fā)熱量的冷光源,可近距離照射,從而使植物的栽培層數(shù)和空間利用率大大提高。因此,LED被認為是未來設(shè)施園藝領(lǐng)域最有前途的人工光源,具有良好的發(fā)展前景[1,2]。1 LED的基本原理與優(yōu)勢
