1 / 38摘要長久以來,國內(nèi)的車胎的裝配方式都是以人工裝配為主。利用機(jī)械完成半自動機(jī)裝配輪胎可以大大縮短裝配車胎的生產(chǎn)時間間隔,降低人工成本。但機(jī)械裝配車胎需要很好的定位才能將輪芯完美地裝配到輪胎里面。本文主要研究某企業(yè)的車胎裝配工藝,運用工業(yè)工程的方法、機(jī)械制造技術(shù)的技術(shù),如實驗設(shè)計與分析、 “5W1H”提問技術(shù)、 “ECRS”四大原則等方法。進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計研究,逐步分析出影響機(jī)裝配車胎的主要次要因素,設(shè)計機(jī)器。然后提出改善方案。按照改善方案進(jìn)行測試,與原來人工裝配車胎的實測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時間進(jìn)行對比,總結(jié)現(xiàn)行方案的優(yōu)劣。尋找進(jìn)一步提高裝配車胎的工藝方法。整個過程中對現(xiàn)有的一臺實驗設(shè)備進(jìn)行分析研究和改善,提出了四種改善方案。每種改善方案的合格率均達(dá)到了 90%以上,達(dá)到公司要求,本人還提出了全自動裝配輪胎的發(fā)展方向。關(guān)鍵詞:輪胎、裝配、半自動化 2 / 38AbstractTires assembly has long been in the domestic manufacturing industry is dominated by manual assembly. How to plete the semiautomatic machine through mechanical assembly tires can greatly reduce assembly time interval of production, labor costs ect. But the tire assembly machine needs a good position to be well fitted to the wheel core inside the tire. This paper studies a pany39。s tire assembly process, the use of industrial engineering, machine manufacturing techniques, such as experimental design and analysis, 5W1H questions techniques, ECRS four principles and other methods. Design the machine. Then e out with the improve program. Improvement program under test, and pare with the original manual assembly of the tire measured standard time to sum up the current pros and cons. Looking to further improve the tire assembly process method. According to the equipment in the factory, my team put forward four improvements.
