【正文】 摘要本文重點(diǎn)論述了服裝管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想及實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。利用VB和ACCESS開(kāi)發(fā)工具完成了服裝信息系統(tǒng)的制作。對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的流程做了全面而詳盡的闡述，依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的需求分析，規(guī)劃出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)，且在實(shí)現(xiàn)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上，具體完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)物理結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)建。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的查詢(xún)、修改等多個(gè)功能。在對(duì)服裝管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體分析之后，全面地分析了本系統(tǒng)的可行性。并對(duì)系統(tǒng)中管理模塊進(jìn)行了概述，針對(duì)其中基本檔案信息管理、進(jìn)貨基本信息管理、銷(xiāo)售信息管理，物資庫(kù)存信息管理、報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)管理這五部分做了詳細(xì)的分析，對(duì)相應(yīng)的功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試做了具體論述。對(duì)于系統(tǒng)中用到的一些相關(guān)技術(shù)，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的連接做了簡(jiǎn)要的分析。在本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中采用基于C/S二層體系結(jié)構(gòu)，采用面向?qū)ο蠓椒ㄟM(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計(jì)，使用ADO技術(shù)，以及ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，具有功能完備、性能優(yōu)越、操作簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本服裝進(jìn)銷(xiāo)存管理主要由進(jìn)貨管理，銷(xiāo)售管理、庫(kù)存管理、報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等模塊組成。具體規(guī)劃如下：基本檔案模塊主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)基本數(shù)據(jù)的錄入、相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)為：內(nèi)部員工信息、往來(lái)單位信息、客戶基本信息。進(jìn)貨管理模塊 該模塊主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)服裝的進(jìn)貨數(shù)據(jù)錄入,退貨數(shù)據(jù)錄入和進(jìn)貨查詢(xún)分析. 銷(xiāo)售管理模塊該模塊主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)服裝的進(jìn)貨數(shù)據(jù)錄入, 存管理模塊主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)庫(kù)存調(diào)撥, 存管理模塊主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)員工信息報(bào)表,往來(lái)單位報(bào)表,退貨服裝報(bào)表,員工銷(xiāo)售報(bào)表,服裝進(jìn)貨分析報(bào)表, ,操作權(quán)限設(shè)置,密碼修改,數(shù)據(jù)備份和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)恢復(fù).關(guān)鍵詞：服裝，入庫(kù)，出庫(kù)，VB，ACCESSVIIIAbstractThe paper mainly expounds the clothing management information system39。s design idea and VB and ACCESS development tools pleted clothing information system of production.
