【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計）抗炎受試物A對潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎大鼠模型的影響[論文摘要] 背景：炎癥性腸?。↖BD，Inflammatory bowel disease）是病因尚未明確的慢性非特異性腸道炎癥性疾病，包括潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（UC，ulcerative colitis）和克羅恩病(CD，Crohn’s disease)。該病在西方國家比較多見，但近年在我國的發(fā)病率亦有上升趨勢。因其病因不明，一直是消化科較為棘手的疾病。目的：本論文實驗主要針對潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（UC），研究抗炎受試物A對潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎大鼠模型的治療作用及其可能的作用機制。方法：實驗造模由50只SD雄性大鼠，先分為正常組10只，模型組40只，模型組大鼠用塑膠管由肛門輕緩插入大鼠體內(nèi)深約8 cm，按照100 mg/kg的劑量緩慢注入含三硝基苯磺酸TNBS(trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid) 25g/L的乙醇溶液，建立大鼠潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎模型。造模成功的大鼠按體重隨機分為4組，每組10只，分別為正常組，模型對照組，受試物低劑量組，受試物高劑量組，美沙拉嗪控釋顆粒組，每天1次分別灌胃給藥，連續(xù)10 d。每天進行大鼠日常和體重觀察，實驗結(jié)束后取病變結(jié)腸組織病理檢查，測定其MPO酶活性。結(jié)論：最后得出，抗炎受試物能降低MPO含量，顯著性降低潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的病理評分（P）[關(guān)鍵詞] 炎癥性腸?。豢寡资茉囄顰；潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎；三硝基苯磺酸；MPO酶活性 The influence of Mesalazine in ulcerative colitis rats[Abstract] Inflammatory bowel disease is an nonspecific Chronic Inflammation of the bowel, and it is not yet clear about Causes of illnes. Molding methods 50 SD rats, the plastic tube insert rat’s body 8cm from fundament, with 100 mg/kg instill TNBS of 25g/L Surelease, then this is the model of ulcerative colitis rats. According to Body Weight , Made by successful SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model control group ，test pound high control group, test pound lower control group and Mesalazine positive control group, 10 rats a group, respectively through stomach for one times a day for 10 d . observe carefully the situation and Weight, for the organization of the colon to pathological examination after the paper experiment over.
