【正文】 樂(lè)都縣礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用與保護(hù)研究摘 要礦產(chǎn)資源是指經(jīng)過(guò)地質(zhì)成礦作用，埋藏于地下或露出于地表、并具有開(kāi)發(fā)利用價(jià)值的礦物或有用元素的含量達(dá)到具有工業(yè)利用價(jià)值的集合體。礦產(chǎn)資源是重要的自然資源，屬于不可再生資源，同時(shí),礦產(chǎn)資源是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。在以鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)之際，樂(lè)都縣的礦產(chǎn)資源為樂(lè)都縣的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)，但是由于種種原因，也造成了嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)環(huán)境和社會(huì)問(wèn)題，依法保護(hù)、合理開(kāi)發(fā)和有效利用礦產(chǎn)資源，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的緊迫問(wèn)題。為此, 本文從礦產(chǎn)資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，提高樂(lè)都縣礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用與保護(hù)水平，為樂(lè)都縣經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快和環(huán)境持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)，形成經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 關(guān)鍵詞：礦產(chǎn)資源。 開(kāi)發(fā)利用。 可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 礦山環(huán)境地質(zhì) ABSTRACTMineral resource is that after geological mineralization, trapped underground or exposing to the surface, and has the value to exploit mineral or useful element content with industrial utilization value to the collection.
