【正文】 南京信息職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)說明書作者 學(xué)號 系部 電子信息學(xué)院 專業(yè) 無線電（微波技術(shù)與器件） 題目 晶體管運(yùn)算放大器的設(shè)計(jì) 指導(dǎo)教師 評閱教師 完成時間： 2011 年 4 月 28 日 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)中文摘要題目：晶體管運(yùn)算放大器的設(shè)計(jì)摘要：運(yùn)算放大器（常簡稱為“運(yùn)放”）是具有很高放大倍數(shù)的電路單元。在實(shí)際電路中，通常結(jié)合反饋網(wǎng)絡(luò)共同組成某種功能模塊。運(yùn)放是一個從功能的角度命名的電路單元，可以由分立的器件實(shí)現(xiàn)，也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在半導(dǎo)體芯片當(dāng)中運(yùn)算放大器的基本放大電路有四部分組成：輸入級，偏置電路，中間級，輸出級。其中：輸入級：是決定運(yùn)算放大器性能關(guān)鍵的一級，要求他的零點(diǎn)漂移小，輸入阻值高，所以都采用差分電路；偏置電路：對各級提供偏置電壓，使各級具有適當(dāng)?shù)撵o態(tài)工作點(diǎn)；中間級：是將輸入級輸出地信號電壓加以放大，一般由共射級放大電路構(gòu)成；輸出級：輸出級直接與負(fù)載相連，所以這一級要有足夠的電壓放。本文將用晶體管等元器件完成一個非集成運(yùn)放的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：運(yùn)算放大器 晶體管 非集成 設(shè)計(jì) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)外文摘要Title: Transistor amplifier design Abstract: Operational Amplifiers (often referred to as op amp) is a high magnification of the circuit unit.
