【正文】 東莞理工學(xué)院城市學(xué)院本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計畢業(yè)論文題目： 基于PLC控制的碎紙 機(jī)刀片加工系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 學(xué) 生 姓 名： 陳樹明 學(xué) 號： 200940501205 系 別： 機(jī)電工程系 專 業(yè) 班 級： 09機(jī)械設(shè)計制造 及其自動化（2）班 指導(dǎo)教師姓名及職稱： 張錦榮 講師 起 止 時 間: 2013 年 3 月—2013 年 6 月2摘 要目前，PLC在國內(nèi)外已廣泛應(yīng)用于鋼鐵、石油、化工、電力建材。機(jī)械制造、汽車、輕紡、交通運(yùn)輸、環(huán)保及文化娛樂等各個行業(yè)，因此PLC在控制領(lǐng)域取得廣泛應(yīng)用。在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制中，PLC和組態(tài)都是非常重要的技術(shù)，掌握這項(xiàng)技術(shù)，對我們從事機(jī)電的人來說是非常必要的。這次我畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是：“基于PLC控制的碎紙機(jī)刀片加工系統(tǒng)設(shè)計”。這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計的主要木的是培養(yǎng)一種對PLC的認(rèn)知方法。掌握自動化加工系統(tǒng)的工作原理、工作過程及其控制操作方式、PLC控制的設(shè)計、編程方法、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計是用組態(tài)王軟件模擬機(jī)械手，用機(jī)械手代替人手操作，去完成碎紙機(jī)刀片的加工過程。并且機(jī)械手能代替人類完成危險、重復(fù)枯燥的工作，減輕人類勞動強(qiáng)度，提高勞動生產(chǎn)力。機(jī)械手是在自動化生產(chǎn)過程中使用的一種具有抓取和移動工件功能的自動化裝置，它是在機(jī)械化、自動化生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)展起來的一種新型裝置。機(jī)械手越來越廣泛的得到了應(yīng)用，在機(jī)械行業(yè)中它可用于零部件組裝，加工工件的搬運(yùn)、裝卸，特別是在自動化數(shù)控機(jī)床、組合機(jī)床上使用更普遍。本文應(yīng)用三菱公司生產(chǎn)的可編程控制器FX系列PLC，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械手搬運(yùn)控制系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)充分利用了可編程控制器（PLC）控制功能。使該系統(tǒng)可靠穩(wěn)定，時期功能范圍得到廣泛應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞: 組態(tài)王 可編程控制器PLC 機(jī)械手 自動化AbstractAt present, PLC has been widely applied in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, iron and steel. Machinery manufacturing, automotive, textile, transportation, environmental protection, and cultural entertainment industries, so PLC in control applications.In modern industrial control, PLC and configuration is very important technology, master the technology, it is very necessary for us to engage in electromechanical people.The graduation design topic is: the design of paper shredder blade processing system based on PLC control. The graduation design of the main wood this is to develop a cognitive approach to PLC. Master automation processing system working principle, working process and control mode of operation, the PLC control design, programming, debugging system. The graduation design is the simulation manipulator by Kingview software, manipulator instead of manual operation, the process to plete the paper shredder blade.And the mechanical hand can replace human do dangerous, boring work, to reduce human labor intensity, and improve labor productivity. Manipulator is a kind of grasping and moving the workpiece function of automation devices in the automation of the production process, it is a new device developed in the mechanization, automation of production process. The manipulator has been applied more and more widely, in the machinery industry, it can be used for parts assembly, handling, loading and unloading of workpiece, especially in the automation of CNC machine tools, machine tool portfolio of more general use. This paper applied the Mitsubishi Co production of programmable controller FX series PLC, realizes the manipulator transportation control system, the system makes full use of the programmable controller (PLC) control function.
