【正文】 三江學(xué)院2013屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)三 江 學(xué) 院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題 目 汽車橋殼鏜孔車端面組合機(jī)床液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 高職院 院(系) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 專業(yè)學(xué)生姓名 季 丹 學(xué) 號(hào) G095152010 指導(dǎo)老師 劉 凱 起訖日期 2012年12月17日—2013年4月5日 設(shè)計(jì)地點(diǎn) 高職院 摘 要本論文主要闡述了組合機(jī)床動(dòng)力滑臺(tái)液壓系統(tǒng)(汽車橋殼鏜孔,車端面液壓系統(tǒng)),能實(shí)現(xiàn)的工作循環(huán)是:鏜孔:滑臺(tái)快進(jìn)→工進(jìn)(鏜孔),鏜孔完成后死檔停面,行程開關(guān)發(fā)信號(hào)→復(fù)合頭Tc40B油缸工進(jìn)(車端面)端面加工完成,行程開關(guān)發(fā)信號(hào)→滑臺(tái),復(fù)合頭同時(shí)快退。鏜孔,車端面工進(jìn)加工,用調(diào)速閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速,保證加工精度,粗糙度?;_(tái)油缸直徑D=100mm,活塞桿d=70mm,滿足d=,因此,設(shè)計(jì)采用快進(jìn)差動(dòng)連接,滿足快進(jìn)、快退速度相等的設(shè)計(jì)要求。液壓技術(shù)是機(jī)械設(shè)備中發(fā)展速度最快的技術(shù)之一。特別是近年可與微電子、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,使液壓技術(shù)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的發(fā)展階段。目前,已廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)各領(lǐng)域。由于近年來微電子、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,液壓元器件制造技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步提高,使液壓技術(shù)不僅在作為一種基本的傳統(tǒng)形式上占有重要地位,而且以優(yōu)良的靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)性能成為一種重要的控制手段。面對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)近年來的快速發(fā)展,機(jī)械制造工業(yè)的壯大,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占重要地位的制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域得以健康快速的發(fā)展。制造裝備的改進(jìn),使得作為制造工業(yè)重要設(shè)備的各類機(jī)加工工藝裝備也有了許多新的變化,尤其是孔加工,其在今天的液壓系統(tǒng)的地位越來越重要。本液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),除了滿足主機(jī)在動(dòng)作和性能方面規(guī)定的要求外,還必須符合體積小、重量輕、成本低、效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠、使用和維修方便等一些公認(rèn)的普遍設(shè)計(jì)原則。液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)主要是根據(jù)已知的條件,來確定液壓工作方案、液壓流量、壓力和液壓泵及其它元件的設(shè)計(jì)。綜上所述,完成整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程需要進(jìn)行一系列艱巨的工作。設(shè)計(jì)者先應(yīng)樹立正確的設(shè)計(jì)思想,努力掌握先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)知識(shí)和科學(xué)的辯證的思想方法。同時(shí),還要堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,并在實(shí)踐中不斷總結(jié)和積累設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),向有關(guān)領(lǐng)域的科技工作者和從事生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐的工作者學(xué)習(xí),不斷發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,才能較好地完成機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。關(guān)鍵詞:組合機(jī)床;液壓系統(tǒng);液壓缸;液壓泵換向閥 Abstract The face of China’s economy developed rapidly in recent years,the growth of machinery manufacturing,in the national economy accounts for an important position in the field of manufacturing industry to be healthy and rapid development.
