I沙縣天成紙業(yè)生產(chǎn)廢水處理工程工藝設(shè)計(jì)中文摘要再生紙廢水排放主要來(lái)自制漿部分的洗滌廢水,污染物主要包括半纖維素、木質(zhì)素、細(xì)小纖維、無(wú)機(jī)填料、油墨、染料等,對(duì)環(huán)境的危害日益嚴(yán)重。目前,再生紙廢水的處理方法主要有物理方法、物理化學(xué)法、生化法、化學(xué)處理法。其中,生物接觸氧化在生化處理工藝中具有處理效率高,適用范圍廣,耐沖擊,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),沒(méi)有活性污泥膨脹和污泥回流等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在污水處理中占有重要的地位。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)沙縣天成紙業(yè)的生產(chǎn)廢水進(jìn)行處理。通過(guò)參考一些成功的類(lèi)似廢水處理工程實(shí)例,針對(duì)該廠再生紙廢水的特點(diǎn),采用氣浮水解酸化接觸氧化工藝。該套工藝擁有工藝簡(jiǎn)單、占地面積小、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低、管理方便、出水穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。氣浮法將廢水中的細(xì)小纖維、無(wú)機(jī)填料分離出,并作為原料回收,出水部分回用到造紙工藝中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了廢物資源化。水解酸化和接觸氧化去除污水中大部分 COD 及 BOD5,設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)可達(dá)到《制漿造紙工業(yè)水污染排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB35442022 現(xiàn)有制漿造紙企業(yè)中廢紙制漿造紙業(yè)水污染物排放限值。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)該處理站的各構(gòu)筑物以及平面布置、高程布置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和制圖。關(guān)鍵詞:再生紙廢水,氣浮,水解酸化,生物接觸氧化IIWastewater treatment process design for Shaxian Tianchen paper industry pany AbstractThe paperreproducing wastewater, majorly generate from the washing wastewater in the process of pulping, which consisted of hemicellulose, lignin, fines, inanic filler, ink and dyes, is being much more harmful to the environment .The physical process, coagulationsedimentation process, biochemical process and chemical process have been used in the treatment of paperreproducing waste water currently, from which, biological contact oxidation of biological process is wildly used with it’s high efficiency, impact resistance, kind adaptation, no activated sludge bulking and sludge recirculation .A wastewater treatment processing is designed for Tianchen paper industry in Shaxian by using gas floatationhydrolytic acidificationbiological contact oxidation process in consult of several successful similar wastewater treatment processings, and the characteristics of the paperreproducing wastewater of the plant. The processing contains simple processes, which is of less land occupation, less investment, convenient management and effluent water stability. By the process of gasfloatation fiber fines and inanic filler particles are separated recycled as material , and the effluent can be reused in the paper making process. Most of the COD and BOD5 can be removed form the process of hydrolytic acidificationbiological membrane contact oxidation processing, and the effluent can meet the requirement of “Discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp paper industry”(GB35442022).
