【正文】 論文編號(hào):200700524201兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝探究The Research of TwoPhase Printing of Reactive Dyes Cold Batch Technology學(xué)院名稱:紡織學(xué)院班 級(jí):輕化072學(xué) 號(hào):200700524201學(xué)生姓名:張燕玲指導(dǎo)教師:武宗文 2011 年 6 月摘要目前印染廠普遍采用“一相法”印花工藝,由于印花色漿中需加入堿劑,活性染料會(huì)由此而引起水解,導(dǎo)致印花質(zhì)量的不穩(wěn)定。同時(shí),由于印花色漿中堿劑的加入,織物印花后需立刻進(jìn)行固色與后處理工序,否則在擱置過(guò)程中會(huì)有風(fēng)印等疵病產(chǎn)生。“兩相法”印花工藝符合環(huán)保要求,不僅提高了印花質(zhì)量,而且降低了生產(chǎn)成本, 本文對(duì)兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)探討。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)選用1%的活性染料和2%的褐藻酸鈉作色漿進(jìn)行印花,改變“兩相法”活性印花工藝中堿劑的種類及冷堆時(shí)間,通過(guò)刮樣,測(cè)量各個(gè)工藝所得印花織物的K/S值,即印花織物表面色深度,從而確定一個(gè)兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝的最佳工藝。研究結(jié)果表明:兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝的印花效果隨堿劑的種類、堿劑的浸漬時(shí)間以及冷堆時(shí)間不同而有所變化。單獨(dú)用氫氧化鈉作堿劑,由于堿性強(qiáng),活性染料與纖維反應(yīng)快的同時(shí),活性染料的水解速度也有很大的提升,印花效果不好;用氫氧化鈉和碳酸鈉的混合物作堿劑,冷堆10min的活性染料印花效果較好;用氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉以及氯化鈉的混合物作堿劑,冷堆10min的活性染料印花織物的得色量、線條精細(xì)度、花紋清晰度、滲透性比用氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉混合物作堿劑所得印花織物的好,印花效果更為理想。兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝節(jié)省蒸汽和尿素,但其印漿原糊的要求比較高,另外多一道軋堿液的費(fèi)用。但兩相法印花工藝得色量高、固著率高,得色可比常規(guī)法深23成或以上,節(jié)約了染料成本。綜合節(jié)能、環(huán)保和質(zhì)量等各方面的有利因素,其綜合成本并不高。綜合考慮環(huán)保方面及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益各個(gè)方面,兩相法活性印花冷堆固色工藝將逐步取代“一相法”印花工藝,市場(chǎng)前景廣闊。關(guān)鍵詞:印花 活性染料 兩相法 堿劑 冷堆時(shí)間ABSTRACTCurrently printing and dyeing mill widely used onephase printing process, Because of printing paste required to add alkali agents, not only will arise reactive dyes hydrolysis, but also sodium alginate plasma viscosity will also fell sharply, leading to the quality of printing is instability, At the same time, because printing paste contains alkali agents, After printing we must carry on fixation and followingtreatment immediately, otherwise , spot will arise in the following process of bank up. “Twophase” printing process meets environmental requirements, not only improves the printing quality, but only reduce production costs, twophase printing of reactive dyes cold reactor fixing process was discussed in detail in the article.The experiments used 1% of the reactive dyes and 2% of the aqueous sodium alginate as colorants for printing, changes in alkali, varieties and the time of cold reactor, by scraping sample ,measuring the various processes of printed fabrics from K / S value, which is printed fabric surface color depth, thus determined a optimum process of twophase printing of reactive dyes cold reactor fixing A large number of experiments show that printing result of twophase active printing cold batch fixation technology varies with the kinds of alkali agent, dipping time and the time of cold batch. Using alone sodium hydroxide as alkali agent, Because of alkaline strong, At the same time reactive dye and alkaline response fast, the hydrolysis speed of active dyes also have greatly improved, printing effect isn’t good。 The mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, cold batch for 10min, printing effect is good。 The mixture of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and sodium chloride of alkali ,cold batch for 10min,the printing effect including color yield , accuracy of lines , definition of pattern and penetrability pared to use the sodium hydroxide, the sodium carbonate mixture to make the neutralization agent obtained dye printing fabric good, the printing effect is more ideal. Twophase active printing cold batch fixation technology saves the steam and the urea, but the require of printing pastes is quite high, moreover increaseing extra cost of a rolling alkali . But the color yield and fixed rate of twophase printing process is high, the color yield into a deep is 23 or more than conventional methods, saving the cost of dye.
