制漿造紙工藝蘆葦硫酸鹽法漿畢業(yè)論文(已修改)

【正文】 摘 要 本文對蘆葦漿經(jīng)過處理后再漂白,與常規(guī) CEH 三段漂進行比較,探討少氯漂白的研究的可能性。實驗結(jié)果表明:常規(guī)三段漂的適宜條件是:C 段漿濃 3%、時間 60min,溫度 25℃、pH2,E 段漿濃 10%、時間 90min、溫度 60℃、pH 值10,H 段漿濃6%、時間 120min、溫度 40℃、pH 值 (終了) ,8g 絕干漿,用氯量在%,C:H=: 時白度最高。先進行 NaNO3 預處理后 CEH 三段漂,能達到更好的漂白效果,NaNO 3 預處理的最佳工藝條件為:漿濃 %、26ml, 的 H2SO4 用量 %,溫度 90℃,時間 120min,卡伯值由原來的 下降到 ,經(jīng)處理后白度在用氯量 4%升至最高為 %ISO,增加了 10%ISO。NaNO 3 預處理后 EH 二段漂的白度達到 %ISO,粘度為 。氧堿漂前預處理最佳條件:酸性 H2O2 的用量 %,漿濃 5%,溫度 60℃,時間 30min,pH 值 3。氧堿漂的最佳條件:用堿量 3%,最高溫度 115℃,保溫 60min,氧壓 ,MgSO 4 用量 %,H2O2 用量 %,漿樣 20g,濃度1%,漂后的粘度下降為 ,卡伯值 ,經(jīng)氧堿漂后再 CEH 三段漂的白度在用氯量 %時增加了 %ISO,粘度漿至 。CEpH 漂白的最佳條件為:C 段,E 段和 H 段的條件與前面的常規(guī)三段漂的條件是一樣的,E 段中 p 段 H2O2 的用量 %,Na 2SiO2 的用量 2%,MgSO 4的用量 %,用氯量在 8%時的白度比常規(guī)漂多 2%ISO,粘度降低到618ml/g。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)處理后在漂白的白度都有所增加,其中氧堿后處理的白度增加最多,但粘度下降的也最多,而過氧化氫的白度雖然增加的不是最多,但粘度下降的最少。關鍵詞:蘆葦硫酸鹽法漿,NaNO3,氧堿漂白,過氧化氫,少氯漂白ABSTRACTBleaching after reed plup has been deal with,and pare with conventionality CEH three sequence bleaching,the possibility of bleaching for low chlorine has been discusscd.The results show that: the conventionality CEH three sequence bleaching with the optimum conditions of C sequence consistency of pulp 3%,time60min,temperature 25℃,pH less then sequence consistency of pulp 10%,time90min,temperature 60℃,pH more then 10. H sequence consistency of pulp 6%,time120min,temperature 40℃,pH about (ending). absolutely dry of pulp 8g, use chlorine 8%,C:H=: the brightness was the best of all.If use NaNO3 deal with the CEH three sequence bleaching in advance ,the result will be obtain higher brightness. with the optimum conditions of NaNO3 deal with in advance: consistency of pulp 9%,the mol/l NaNO3 of dosage 26ml ,the H2SO4 of dosage %, temperature 90℃,time 120min, kappa value fall to pare with formerly ,the brightness of use chlorine 4% has been deal with attin top of %ISO,add to 10% two sequence bleaching after NaNO3 deal with., the brightness reach %ISO,viscosity with the optimum conditions of oxygen bleaching deal with in advance:acidity of H2O2 %,consistency of pulp 5%,time30min,temperature 60℃,Ph value the optimum conditions of oxygen %,top temperature 115℃,heat preservation 60min, oxygen press , %, H2O2 %, absolutely dry of pulp 20g, consistency of pulp 10%, the viscosity fall to after bleaching ,kappa value .
