西南科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生論文 I 制漿造紙廢水處理站的設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 造紙 廢水已成為 水體污染 重要 污染源。該類廢水有機(jī)物濃度高、懸浮物多,因此厭氧技術(shù)成為造紙廢水處理中不可缺少的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 結(jié)合造紙廢 水的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)及傳統(tǒng)廢水處理工藝,本設(shè)計(jì) 把成熟處理方法和先進(jìn)技術(shù)以及節(jié)能裝置相結(jié)合, 選用 UASB+SBR 的聯(lián)合處理工藝 , 污水經(jīng)過纖維回收機(jī),再進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池調(diào)節(jié)水量及 pH,再由 UASB 進(jìn)行厭氧處理,后進(jìn)入 SBR 池進(jìn)行好氧處理,通過處理,該廢水可達(dá)標(biāo)排放,處理后的污水再排入城市污水管道。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)造紙廢水的處理具有一定的 借鑒意義。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要包括:設(shè)計(jì)說明 書(主要內(nèi)容有工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)、處理構(gòu)筑物和設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、投資估算等);設(shè)計(jì)圖紙(包括繪制平面布置圖、高程布置圖、管道布置圖和主要構(gòu)筑物詳圖等)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 造紙廢水 ; UASB+SBR 工藝;設(shè)計(jì) 西南科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生論文 II The Design Of Treatment Plant Of Pulp And Papermaking Wastewater Abstract: Bee of high anic concentrations and suspended solids, the papermaking wastewater has been one mainly pollution source of water. And the method of anaerobic technology is adopted to treat papermaking wastewater by degrees. According to characteristics of papermaking wastewater, traditional wastewater treatment process and advanced EnergySaving device, this paper elects the joint UASB + SBR process to treat sewage: fiber is recycled from sewage by FiberRecycling machine, reentry adjustment pool of water and pH, and then carried out by the UASB anaerobic treatment, the following is to enter the SBR tank for aerobic treatment, through treatment, the wastewater can be discharged, treated and then discharged into the sewage pipeline. The design of wastewater treatment of paper making has a certain reference.
