摘要本文詳細(xì)介紹了基于 PLC 控制的自動(dòng)化倉庫的堆垛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),其中重點(diǎn)放在了行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、貨叉伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和 PLC 控制程序上。在進(jìn)行行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),主要是通過對(duì)行走機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)方案的選取,運(yùn)行阻力所決定的行走電機(jī)的選取,由速比決定的減速器的選取,以及制動(dòng)裝置夾軌器的選取等主要部件的選取來進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的,在根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)各部件初步選型后,都進(jìn)行了校核,保證了選擇的合理性;貨叉是堆垛機(jī)存儲(chǔ)和取出貨物的主要工具,對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)有較高要求,文中給出了比較詳細(xì)的分析及計(jì)算過程;PLC 程序的設(shè)計(jì),有比較詳細(xì)的流程,程序能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)所要求的功能。在本文最后部分,對(duì)該堆垛機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的討論,保證了堆垛機(jī)工作時(shí)運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)性。本次設(shè)計(jì)的堆垛機(jī)性能良好、動(dòng)作靈活、操作方便、 、維護(hù)簡單方便,滿足了生產(chǎn)的需要。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC,堆垛機(jī),機(jī)械,行走機(jī)構(gòu),穩(wěn)定性,貨叉 AbstractThis paper describes in detail the design of the stacking crane in stereoscopic warehouse controlled on the basis of my design ,I focuses on the design of walking mechanism、forks and the programs of PLC, at the beginning of design, firstly, I select the transmission of the walking mechanism, secondly, I choose the motor by the running resistance of the walking system. Once the motor is selected,the speed ratio between the motor and the running wheels is defined. And the reducer is selected by the speed ratio. The other ponents such as brakes which are used to break when necessary can be selected by any mands of the system,so is the buffers,and so on. In according to the design requirements, the initial selected ponents must be conducted checks to ensure the justifiability of choice. Forks are the main tool of Stackers’ storage and removal of goods, there have higher requirements for its design, and this paper gives a more detail analysis and calculations. The design of programs of PLC,I provide the processes of the programs which meet the requirements of the design. In the last part of this paper, the stability of the crane is checked in more details of discussion to ensure the stacker crane’s working stability.The design of the crane works out in good condition, action and flexible, convenient operation, low failure rate, maintenance, simple and convenient to meet the production needs.
