【正文】 中文摘要籃球運動作為一個舉世矚目的國際體育競技比賽項目，通過強者間的對抗與拼斗，可以激勵人們樹立頑強的意志、勇敢的作風、集體主義精神和克服困難、自強不息去奪取勝利的信念?；@球運動的發(fā)展受到多種不同因素的影響和制約，其中包括項目自身內(nèi)部因素的影響，同時也受不同社會歷史時期的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、大眾審美觀念以及生活需求等外部因素制約河南省籃球運動十分普及，群眾參與籃球運動的積熱情很高，焦作和濟源又是國家級籃球城市。作為中原地區(qū)的人口大省，河南省在籃球運動的群眾基礎(chǔ)和人力資源方面具有一定的優(yōu)勢，但是河南省籃球運動的競技水平卻不盡如人意，特別是青少年女子籃球運動的開展與全國發(fā)達地區(qū)相比較也有較大差距，這除了河南省自身的歷史經(jīng)濟原因外，也與其籃球比賽機制、后備人才培養(yǎng)機制、教練員隊伍、經(jīng)費投入等有很大的關(guān)系。 本文運用文獻法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法對當前河南省青少年體校女子籃球項目的發(fā)展進行調(diào)查研究，力求了解當前河南省青少年體校女子籃球運動的現(xiàn)實狀況，并分析當前青少年體校女子籃球運動的發(fā)展存在的不足之處，通過對比其他省市的籃球運動發(fā)展水平，分析尋找不足、借鑒經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合河南省實際情況，提出適合當前河南省青少年體校女子籃球運動的發(fā)展的對策和建議，推動河南省籃球運動的健康發(fā)展。得出結(jié)論：河南上青少年體校女子籃球項目發(fā)展早，起點高；但是隨著市場體制改革的進行，生源面臨挑戰(zhàn)，培養(yǎng)目標受到?jīng)_擊，女子籃球項目發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存。女子籃球項目教練員性別女多男少，不同體校間比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，年齡結(jié)構(gòu)差別很大，籃球教練員學歷層次偏低，籃球項目的教練員職稱結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理。對教練員的培訓學習工作不夠重視。女子籃球項目運動員日常訓練時間基本能保證，但是在訓練內(nèi)容上具有隨機性，沒有嚴格按照教學大綱；訓練的科學化程度有待提高。文化課學習方面沒有收到重視。河南上青少年體校女子籃球項目在訓練用場地器材上較為落后，數(shù)量上基本能滿足日常訓練需要，輔助訓練器材不夠完成，利用率不高。河南上青少年體校女子籃球項目日常訓練經(jīng)費投入出現(xiàn)多元化趨勢。單位固定撥款、運動員訓練過程中繳納的各項費用是日常訓練投入的基本來源，社會企業(yè)或個人贊助，輸送運動員獲得的獎勵、獎金，比賽獲得名次獎勵、獎金，運動員流動獲得的交流費用等是日常訓練經(jīng)費來源的有益補充。河南上青少年體校女子籃球項目日常管理方面，對運動員個人和球隊檔案的建立不夠重視，規(guī)章制度比較健全，大多數(shù)教練員能很好運用口頭說服教育、嚴格的批評手段來處理違反規(guī)章制度的學生。關(guān)鍵詞：河南?。磺嗌倌?；體校；女子籃球；發(fā)展AbstractBasketball as a worldrenowned international sports events, through the strong rivalries and fight, can motivate people to establish a tenacious, brave style, the collective spirit and overe difficulty, unremitting selfimprovement to win victory.
