【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 1 摘 要高等學校的人事管理工作意義重大，較高的人事管理水平，必將為學校的教學科研提供強有力的支撐。而人事管理系統(tǒng)則是現(xiàn)代化人力資源管理的有效工具。通過人事管理信息系統(tǒng)，可以更快捷、高效的進行人力資源的管理，對高校的人事管理工作影響深遠。本系統(tǒng)遵照實際需求，共包含了高校人員信息錄入、人員信息查看、人員信息查詢、報表查看、人員信息的修改、刪除等功能模塊，同時，也為系統(tǒng)用戶提供了注冊、登錄、修改個人信息，以及權(quán)限管理的相關(guān)功能。界面簡潔、友好，使用方便，性能可靠。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，參照了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的三層架構(gòu)模型，即將業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用劃分為表現(xiàn)層（UI） 、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層（BLL） 、數(shù)據(jù)訪問層（DAL） ，體現(xiàn)了“高內(nèi)聚，低耦合”的思想。其中，展現(xiàn)層使用了 JSP 技術(shù)，業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層使用了 Servlet 技術(shù)，數(shù)據(jù)訪問層采用 JDBC 作為持久化對象。選擇此課題可以更加深入的了解人事管理的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，并在對業(yè)務(wù)需求了解的情況下，做出技術(shù)層面的詳細設(shè)計，以達到同時提升自己的業(yè)務(wù)技能和技術(shù)能力的目的。關(guān)鍵詞：高校 人事 系統(tǒng) Java 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 2 AbstractPersonnel management work of colleges and universities is of great significance, the higher level of management, personnel for the teaching and scientific research will provide strong support. And personnel management system, modern human resources management is the effective tools. Through the personnel management system, we can be more fast and efficient in human resource management, personnel management of college is of important significance.In accordance with the actual demand, this system of university staff contains the information input, personnel information view, personnel information query, statements of the review, researchers39。 information modification and deletion function module, and at the same time, also for users of the system provides register, login, modify, personal information, and rights management of related functions. The interface is simple and friendly, use convenient, reliable performance.The development of the system, reference for the design of the system architecture models, three layers to business application is divided into the presentation layer (UI), business logic layer (BLL), data access layer (DAL), embodies the high cohesion and low coupling thought.
