【正文】 摘要IC6140 臥式車床數控化改造設計控制部分的設計專 業(yè):機械設計制造及其自動化 學 號:20220310010143學生姓名:宮鳳麗 指導教師:任繼文摘 要中國是一個傳統(tǒng)的機械制造大國,但其裝備水平落后,特別是一些老的機械制造廠大多還是比較舊的機床,遠遠不能滿足加工的要求。中國又是發(fā)展中國家,在經濟緊張的情況下,如何提高裝備精度及自動化程度具有重要的現實意義。經濟型數控機床系統(tǒng)就是結合我國國情和生產實際,在滿足系統(tǒng)基本功能的前提下所提出的。性價比適中是經濟型數控機床最主要的特點。 本設計采用單片機控制,實現了車床自動化,提高了加工精度,并且成本較低。C6140 普通車床的數控化改造控制部分的設計主要包括主傳動部分的改造設計和伺服進給系統(tǒng)的改造設計。通過對控制系統(tǒng)硬件電路的設計和部分軟件的設計,改造后的機床主運動能夠實現自動變速;縱向、橫向進給系統(tǒng)能夠實現數控控制,其中縱向精度為 ,橫向精度為 ,并且能夠利用自動轉位刀架,實現自動換刀及自動切削螺紋等功能。關 鍵 詞 : 臥式車床;數控化改造;控制系統(tǒng); 單 片 機Abstract IIThe numerical control transformation of the C6140 horizontal lathe ABSTRACTChina is a traditional machinery manufacturing country, but its level of equipment is backward, especially some old mechanical manufacture factories are equipped with the older machines, can not meet the processing requirements. Economic type CNC machine tool system is bined with China39。s national conditions and the actual production, to meet the basic functions of the system under the premise of the proposed. Price moderate economic type CNC machine tools is the most important features.This design uses a single chip control, realizes the automatic lathe, the processing precision is improved, and the cost is relatively low. C6140general transformation of CNC lathe control section design mainly includes the main transmission part of the transformation design and servo system design.
