Logistics has been called the third profit source. AS a part of the logistics cost management, Inventory logistics cost management plays an important role in the total cost of logistics. Research on Logistics cost management model is the modeling of mathematical to determine the optimal economic lot size in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of logistics inventory to adapt the logistics to the development. This article describes both operations research and logistics links between the origin and, deeply describes the retail logistics success story WalMart Distribution Logistics Model and the specific characteristics. Finally, we solve a practical example about logistics of the Sytech international pany.
