磁光晶體材料的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢 摘 要:簡要介紹了磁光晶體材料的一些基本理論,通過對磁光晶體材料應(yīng)用的器件進(jìn)行了解磁光晶體材料的優(yōu)勢、缺點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展的歷程。通過不同的磁光晶體材料的介紹,了解他們的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,生長過程以及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。通過各種方面的了解,理解其發(fā)展的方向及其困難之處,并從中思考解決的方法。關(guān)鍵詞:晶體材料,旋磁光晶體,研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)展趨勢Magnetooptical crystal materials39。 Research and DevelopmentWu zhuofuDepartement of Optoelectronic Information Engineering, Jinan University,Guangzhou,China 510632Abstract:It introduces something about magnetooptical crystal by material and device.
