本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))論文題目:細(xì)長軸自動檢測儀設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)構(gòu)模擬摘 要本文著重介紹了一種針對細(xì)長軸進(jìn)行檢測的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)構(gòu)模擬。該裝置采用了,液壓加緊,齒輪傳動,傳動分度,滑竿等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),使非接觸傳感器能夠順利的對細(xì)長軸進(jìn)行全面的測量,并且,齒輪傳動分度機(jī)構(gòu)能夠使傳感器從不同的角度對細(xì)長軸進(jìn)行高精度的測量,并且才用了 MSP430 單片機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)附加外圍電路設(shè)計(jì)了智能檢測電路,該電路能 夠準(zhǔn)確的控制傳感器和分度儀機(jī)構(gòu)周期性運(yùn)動,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對細(xì)長軸的精確檢測。另外,該檢測儀能通過對滑竿的 調(diào)整針對不同長度的細(xì)長軸進(jìn)行檢測。關(guān)鍵詞:細(xì)長軸,MSP430,液壓加緊,智能 檢測AbstractThis article focuses on the detection of the experimental setup for slender shaft design and institutional simulation.
