本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)論文題目:細長軸自動檢測儀設(shè)計及機構(gòu)模擬摘 要本文著重介紹了一種針對細長軸進行檢測的實驗裝置的設(shè)計及機構(gòu)模擬。該裝置采用了,液壓加緊,齒輪傳動,傳動分度,滑竿等機械結(jié)構(gòu),使非接觸傳感器能夠順利的對細長軸進行全面的測量,并且,齒輪傳動分度機構(gòu)能夠使傳感器從不同的角度對細長軸進行高精度的測量,并且才用了 MSP430 單片機為基礎(chǔ)附加外圍電路設(shè)計了智能檢測電路,該電路能 夠準確的控制傳感器和分度儀機構(gòu)周期性運動,實現(xiàn)了對細長軸的精確檢測。另外,該檢測儀能通過對滑竿的 調(diào)整針對不同長度的細長軸進行檢測。關(guān)鍵詞:細長軸,MSP430,液壓加緊,智能 檢測AbstractThis article focuses on the detection of the experimental setup for slender shaft design and institutional simulation.
