本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))論文題目:細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸自動(dòng)檢測(cè)儀設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)構(gòu)模擬摘 要本文著重介紹了一種針對(duì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸進(jìn)行檢測(cè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)構(gòu)模擬。該裝置采用了,液壓加緊,齒輪傳動(dòng),傳動(dòng)分度,滑竿等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),使非接觸傳感器能夠順利的對(duì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸進(jìn)行全面的測(cè)量,并且,齒輪傳動(dòng)分度機(jī)構(gòu)能夠使傳感器從不同的角度對(duì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸進(jìn)行高精度的測(cè)量,并且才用了 MSP430 單片機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)附加外圍電路設(shè)計(jì)了智能檢測(cè)電路,該電路能 夠準(zhǔn)確的控制傳感器和分度儀機(jī)構(gòu)周期性運(yùn)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸的精確檢測(cè)。另外,該檢測(cè)儀能通過(guò)對(duì)滑竿的 調(diào)整針對(duì)不同長(zhǎng)度的細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。關(guān)鍵詞:細(xì)長(zhǎng)軸,MSP430,液壓加緊,智能 檢測(cè)AbstractThis article focuses on the detection of the experimental setup for slender shaft design and institutional simulation.
