摘要本文研究了不同提取溶劑對黃芩苷提取效果的影響。具體內(nèi)容摘要如下:使用超聲波法從干燥的黃芩根中提取黃芩苷,提取過程分別采用不同的提取溶劑,不同提取溶劑選擇水、60%乙醇、60%甲醇為實驗材料。分別提取出黃芩苷粗品后,對提取出來的黃芩苷粗品進行分離純化,用紫外分光光度法對黃芩苷的濃度和質(zhì)量進行測定,從而測出每種溶劑中黃芩苷的提取率,然后對三種不同溶劑的提取率進行分析和比較,分析不同提取溶劑對黃芩苷提取效果的影響,以確定提取黃芩苷可使用的最佳的提取溶劑。通過實驗分析黃芩苷的最佳提取溶劑為乙醇,甲醇次之,最后為水。關(guān)鍵詞:黃芩苷;黃芩根;不同溶劑;超聲波提取;紫外分光光度法AbstractOn the basis of a lot of literatures,we studied different extraction effect of the different extraction solvent. Specific summary as follows: extract baicalin from the root of Scutellaria baicalensis with ultrasonic wave extraction , baicalin extraction process using different extraction solvent, we choose methanol 、ethanoland、 water as the extraction solvent. When the baicalin are extracted, we separated and purified them from pound. Baicalin were analysed and determined by UV Spectrophotometry .We also worked out the extraction efficiency of baicalin and made a paration among different extraction efficiency.
