畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論文)、 題 目 板厚為6mm的0Cr18Ni9鋼板采用焊條電弧焊 的焊接工藝評(píng)定(拉伸) 摘 要鋼是我們現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中不可缺少的一種材料,它可以看作一個(gè)國(guó)家工業(yè)化水平的標(biāo)志。鋼的產(chǎn)量越高就代表這個(gè)國(guó)家的工業(yè)化水平越高。不銹鋼是鋼中非常重要的一種,由于不銹鋼具有特殊的使用性能和力學(xué)性能,在現(xiàn)在的各行各業(yè)中已經(jīng)被越來(lái)越多的使用。在不銹鋼中奧氏體不銹鋼又是其中非常重要的一種,在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家每年消耗的不銹鋼中有70%的是不銹鋼,在我過(guò)也達(dá)到了65%左右。因此開發(fā)和使用好奧氏體不銹鋼對(duì)我過(guò)的工業(yè)話來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越重要了。0cr18ni9就是奧氏體不銹鋼,我做的這個(gè)課題就是探討0cr18ni9在低溫貯罐制造中的性能。低溫貯罐是用來(lái)儲(chǔ)存液N液Ar液態(tài)的CO2等低溫液體的容器,液態(tài)介質(zhì)的特殊性能就決定了制造材料需要特殊性能,而奧氏體不銹鋼0cr18ni9就具有這樣的性能。低溫貯罐在現(xiàn)在的生活、生產(chǎn)中使用已經(jīng)越來(lái)越廣泛,因此對(duì)0cr18ni9的探討就顯得越來(lái)越重要。在這篇論文中我會(huì)著重為大家闡述0cr18ni9在低溫壓力容器制造中的焊接性能,力學(xué)性能,使用性能和焊接工藝。在這篇論文中我會(huì)通過(guò)一個(gè)焊接性試驗(yàn)來(lái)探討0gr18ni9在低溫壓力容器中的各項(xiàng)性能。我的這個(gè)試驗(yàn)就是規(guī)格為6150300mm的兩塊0cr18ni9扳水平對(duì)接焊接方法就是手工電弧焊。針對(duì)這個(gè)試驗(yàn)做出完整的焊接工藝評(píng)定,并且根據(jù)評(píng)定要求對(duì)式樣做相應(yīng)的無(wú)損檢驗(yàn)和力學(xué)性能的檢驗(yàn),從而來(lái)判定0cr18ni9的各項(xiàng)性能。關(guān)鍵詞: 焊接性能 力學(xué)性能 使用性能 焊接工藝AbstractSteel our modern society is indispensable to a material, it can be seen as a sign of the level of industrialized countries.
