【正文】 論文寫作指導： 625880526 論文資源網(wǎng) 最專業(yè)的畢業(yè)論文、設(shè)計資源分享、下載平臺 江蘇科技大學本科畢業(yè)論文 構(gòu)建綠色建筑體系的探索研究與實踐 The Study and Practice on Constructing the Green Building System 論文寫作指導： 625880526 論文資源網(wǎng) 最專業(yè)的畢業(yè)論文、設(shè)計資源分享、下載平臺 江蘇科技大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） I 摘 要 綠色建筑以堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展為原則，全方位地體現(xiàn)了“節(jié)約能源、節(jié)省資源、保護環(huán)境、以人為本”的基本理念。它具有“四節(jié)一環(huán)?！钡忍攸c，其內(nèi)容龐大，涉及面廣。目前，對綠色建筑取得了一些單一方向的研究，但是還沒有形成一套完整，清晰的綠色建筑體系。建立一套完整的、清晰的現(xiàn)代綠色建筑體系， 對綠色建筑的發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用。 本文在分析了現(xiàn)代綠色建筑的內(nèi)涵及其發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，對現(xiàn)代綠色建筑的全生命周期內(nèi)的各個階段進行了探索性的分析研究，初步構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代綠色建筑的體系。對構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代綠色建筑體系的探索研究的主要內(nèi)容有：概述了綠色建筑的概念、特點及其發(fā)展狀況；研究了綠色建筑的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計、綠色建筑材料、綠色建筑施工及管理、綠色施工現(xiàn)狀及其改進對策；對國內(nèi)外綠色建筑評價標準的進行對比研究，分析得出了多種評價系統(tǒng)各自的優(yōu)缺點；同時對我國現(xiàn)代綠色建筑發(fā)展過程中的一些不足之處提出了改進建議。初步構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)代綠色建筑 體系可以為建筑從業(yè)人員提供一定程度上的理論指導，為建立真正意義上的現(xiàn)代綠色建筑體系提供幫助。 參照初步構(gòu)建的綠色建筑體系，結(jié)合南京浦口醫(yī)院具體實際工程，闡述了南京浦口醫(yī)院在實現(xiàn)綠色建筑方面所做的技術(shù)實踐，以期對其它工程項目具有很好的借鑒和指導作用。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 綠色建筑； 施工； 規(guī)劃設(shè)計 江蘇科技大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） II ABSTRACT Green Building is to adhere to the principles of sustainable development in all directions to reflect the basic idea of energy conservation, save resources, protect the environment, peopleoriented. It has four characteristics of a green such as its content large, covers a wide range. At present, green building has made some research in one direction, but it did not form a plete, clear and green building system. Therefore establishing a plete, clear modern green building system plays an extremely vital role in the implementation and the development of modern green building. Based on the analysis of the content and development of modern building, this paper carries an exploring integrity analysis and research on each phase of modern green building in a positive way. At the same time, it has initially established a paratively systemic modern green building system. The main content for establishing modern green building system of this paper includes: Summarizing the concept, characteristics and developing condition of green building。 Researching planning and designing of green building, green building material, green building construction and management, current situation and countermeasures of green construction。 Carrying out analysis and studying between domestic and international evaluation criteria, obtaining the advantage and disadvantage of many assessment system。 At the same time, put forward some improvement suggestion for the deficiency in the development of our country modern green building. The initial established green building system can provide some theoretical instructions for the construction personnel at a certain degree, provide help for establishing the true modern green building system. Reference to initial construction of green building system, bined with the specific conditions of project Pukou Hospital, expounded the hospital Pukou done to achieve green building technology practice, in order for other projects with a good reference and guide.
