畢業(yè)設(shè)計題 目 型砂強度檢測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 學(xué) 院 機械工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 機械工程及自動化 班 級 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 號 指導(dǎo)教師 二〇一 一 年 五 月 三十 日摘 要本文主要介紹一種型砂檢測的實驗儀器:SQS1型智能型砂強度試驗機。SQS1型智能型砂強度試驗機、采用了手輪絲杠加荷,S型拉壓傳感器和單片計算機數(shù)據(jù)處理顯示器系統(tǒng)組成,實現(xiàn)了試驗數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理自動化,數(shù)據(jù)采用雙排液晶顯示器顯示試驗結(jié)果,微型打印機打印試驗報告,試驗數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確可靠。該機采用一鍵式操作方法,具有“高強度試驗”“低強度試驗”“干態(tài)”“濕態(tài)”“抗拉”“抗壓”“抗彎”“抗剪”八種試驗?zāi)J剑囼灂r只需選擇相應(yīng)模式按鍵既可。試驗結(jié)束后既可打印試驗結(jié)果,也可查詢試驗結(jié)果,并自動判合格與不合格,試驗方法及數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)型砂試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一切由單片計算機完成!SQS1型智能型砂強度試驗機、是為型砂強度試驗研制的最新型試驗儀器。該機完全克服了液壓式型砂強度試驗機一系列缺點,如:試驗結(jié)果由于是壓力表顯示不宜標(biāo)定而且液壓系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部摩擦損失無法排除從而影響試驗結(jié)果。采用液晶顯示器顯示試驗結(jié)果,微型打印機打印試驗報告,減輕了試驗人員的勞動強度。該機采用一鍵式操作方法,既:根據(jù)用戶需要做那種試驗,只需按對應(yīng)按鍵既可做出試驗結(jié)果。試驗結(jié)束后既可打印,又可查詢。本機采用了傳感器和單片計算機,實現(xiàn)了試驗數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理自動化,從而提高了試驗數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。該儀器數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確可靠、結(jié)果合理可靠、操作簡單方便、成本低、效率高。是鑄造行業(yè)型砂強度試驗儀器的最佳選擇。關(guān)鍵詞:系統(tǒng)檢測;鑄造;打印機;顯示器;傳感器。ABSTRACTThis paper mainly introduces a kind of green sand testing experiment instrument: SQS type 1 smart sand strength tester.
