【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)( 論文) 正文基于 PRO/E的家庭型手稱外殼上蓋注射模具設(shè)計(jì)摘 要:PRO/ 是當(dāng)今世界上最先進(jìn)、最流行的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)軟件之一。本文運(yùn)用其專業(yè)注塑模模塊 完完整整地設(shè)計(jì)出了一套手稱外殼上蓋模具。本文結(jié)合大學(xué)所學(xué)知識,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)軟件,將模具設(shè)計(jì)的過程貫穿全文,包括材料和塑件的分析、注射機(jī)的選擇、分型面的創(chuàng)建、成形零件的設(shè)計(jì)、模架的添加、澆口的設(shè)計(jì)以及頂出裝置的設(shè)計(jì)等等。在整套模具設(shè)計(jì)完成之后,作者對模具工作的整個(gè)過程進(jìn)行了文字性的描述。關(guān)鍵詞:PRO/E;手稱外殼上蓋;注塑模;分型面;Based on PRO / E said the family handshell moldinjection site designAbstract:The PRO/ is one of the most advanced and the most popular industrial design of in the world in the nowadays software .This text having designed out a set of Hand said shell shelters mold pletely by its specialized Produce plastic articles by injection moulding model module which called .
