China, 510090摘要I摘要車輛管理系統(tǒng)是立足肇慶公安局 OA 項目上車輛管理工作的實際,為提高車輛管理工作的高效性,采用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計理念和開發(fā)技術(shù)建立的一套管理信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)對車輛申請、調(diào)度、維護(hù)工作全過程的管理,從而提高車輛管理工作的監(jiān)管力度。本文在對中小型企業(yè)日常管理的重要分支—車輛管理工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求調(diào)研之后,從需求分析開始,完成了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計和詳細(xì)設(shè)計,并最終將系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)為包括車輛基本信息設(shè)置、司機(jī)管理、車輛調(diào)度、車輛動態(tài)查詢、車輛維護(hù)、車輛信息綜合查詢等幾個子系統(tǒng)的、基于 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)的管理信息系統(tǒng)。本文論述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和車輛管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,從需求分析方面對系統(tǒng)需求管理的工作進(jìn)行了描述,闡明了系統(tǒng)需要解決的主要問題。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計階段,從架構(gòu)設(shè)計開始,首先建立了系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu),然后在詳細(xì)設(shè)計部分論述了系統(tǒng)建模的方法和設(shè)計策略以及系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計步驟。最后,對于系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程的幾個重點問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和論述。本文針對需求分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程中所遇到的問題提出了行之有效的解決方法,為車輛管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)提供了有力的例證。本文解決的關(guān)鍵問題有以下幾方面:第一、本文通過充分理解用戶需求,采用將 MVC 分多層實現(xiàn)的思想完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。第二、在實現(xiàn) B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)的多種解決方案中,由于 J2EE 和 SPRING 在開發(fā) Web應(yīng)用時表現(xiàn)出的諸多優(yōu)點,使其成為最受軟件應(yīng)用歡迎的企業(yè)解決方案。針對用戶需求和系統(tǒng)特點,采用 J2EE 和 SPRING 相結(jié)合的技術(shù)體系,建立系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu),使用 JNDI 構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)持久層,從而降低系統(tǒng)開發(fā)成本,提高系統(tǒng)的可維護(hù)性和可擴(kuò)展性。第三、針對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中關(guān)鍵問題之?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計,本文采用由概念模型轉(zhuǎn)換成面向?qū)ο蟮哪P?,然后再由面向?qū)ο蟮哪P妥罱K轉(zhuǎn)換成系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),并詳細(xì)敘述了類和表的映射策略,使數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計更合理。廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文II第四、針對車輛管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)中的常見問題,比如車輛狀態(tài)查詢問題、頁面刷新速度慢,人工錄入易出錯,車輛申請不規(guī)范問題,提出了有效的解決方法。系統(tǒng)已在肇慶公安 OA 項目中上線應(yīng)用,并取得了一定的效果,提高了企業(yè)物流和車輛管理的效率。關(guān)鍵詞:車輛管理;動態(tài)查詢;管理信息系統(tǒng);工作流;系統(tǒng)模型ABSTRACTIIIABSTRACTCar Management Information System is a management system used to improve efficiency of car management and maintenance. This system is established in the real Project requirement of ZhaoQing, Developed by advanced design methods and technologies. The Purpose is to enhance the supervise level of the whole car management work by Procedure control.This Paper works from the requirement analysis,finished setting up the system architecture and designing it in detail. In the end,the system has been implemented as a management information system based on B/S structure,including six subsystems named Car basement information set,driver management,car dispatch,dynamic state query,car maintenance and information query.In this Paper,the system development background has been discussed,as well as current research status of car management system on inter and web application system based B/S structure. Then Problems to be solved have been clarified by describing aspect of system requirement analysis. During the course of system design, the work began with architecture design. The technology architecture,function architecture are built at first. Then the system static modeling,dynamic modeling and the design procedure of database structure have been discussed in detail. At last several important problems encountered during the implement have been analyzed.Effective solutions to those problems encountered during the procedure of Requirement analysis,design and implement have been put forward in this artiele. All those supply powerful examples for car management system development.The key problems solved in this paper are as follows:First,stratified MVC is development model Which support objectoriented method. In this paper,stratified MVC is used to plete the system design and inplement. Then the user requirement can be fully understood and the system can be optimized step by step. Second, the realization of B / S structure of a variety of solutions, because of J2EE and SPRING in the development of Web applications at the show39。s many advantages, makes it the most popular software applications enterprise solutions.
