要本設(shè)計(jì)主要是對直流電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)。在直流電機(jī)的運(yùn)行控制中, 通常廣泛采用脈沖寬度調(diào)制( P WM) 技術(shù),具有響應(yīng)快 、精度高、平穩(wěn)性好等特點(diǎn)。直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速與電機(jī)兩端的電壓成比例,P WM 將直流電源調(diào)制成具有一定頻率的寬度( 脈沖占空比 ) 可調(diào)的方波脈沖電壓,加在直流電機(jī)的電樞上,通過改變占空比實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)兩端平均電壓的調(diào)節(jié),占空比越大,加在電機(jī)兩端平均電壓越大,電機(jī)速度越快。驅(qū)動直流電機(jī)采用一種基于 H 橋高電壓、大電流的電機(jī)驅(qū)動芯片 L298,以嵌入式LM3S1138 微控制器為主控制器,通過 PWM 在 L298 的驅(qū)動下實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)速度的調(diào)節(jié)。對于速度的誤差,采用較為簡單,實(shí)用且效果較好的閉環(huán)比例調(diào)節(jié)算法實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)速度的精確調(diào)整。微控制器把檢測到的電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速與設(shè)定的轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行比較,通過閉環(huán)比例調(diào)節(jié)對方波脈寬進(jìn)行調(diào)制, 從而改變電機(jī)兩端的平均電壓,實(shí)現(xiàn)對電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的反饋控制。關(guān)鍵詞:閉環(huán)調(diào)速;嵌入式;PWM;LM3S1138Abstract This design mainly for DC motor speed control system research and design.
