I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書學(xué)生姓名: 黃邦 學(xué) 號: 20221523 學(xué) 院: 機電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)年級: 09 級熱能與動力工程二班 題 目: 蘇丹東卡哈拉主泵站的概念設(shè)計及主泵選型設(shè)計 指導(dǎo)教師: 楊輝 副教授 評閱教師: 謝潔飛 副教授 2022 年 5 月II摘要蘇丹東卡哈拉主泵站位于蘇丹尼羅河旁邊,設(shè)計此泵站總的提水量為 32 立方米每秒,設(shè)計過程中采用的是 9 臺立式斜流泵,8 臺泵參與工作,一臺備用,每臺斜流泵的流量為 4 立方米每秒,選用與泵配套的電機是在長沙電機廠找得的一種 YKK系列的大型三相異步電動機 。水泵采用的是單獨鋼管出水,直到出水池,水泵采用電動機直聯(lián)驅(qū)動。泵房采用水下樁基礎(chǔ)形式,水泵為濕坑進水形式,水泵直接放置于河水中從河里取水,所以設(shè)計的泵房為濕室型泵房。此泵站中設(shè)計的輔助設(shè)備有起重設(shè)備、計量設(shè)備、通風設(shè)備和防水錘設(shè)備。采用的計量設(shè)備是電磁流量計,起重設(shè)備是 QD 型電動雙梁雙鉤橋式起重機,通風設(shè)備是軸流通風機,本泵站采用緩閉閥門來減少水錘的沖擊。關(guān)鍵詞:泵站,立式斜流泵,電機,泵房 Su Dandong kahala pumping stationsAbstract:Su Dandong hala pumping station next to the Nile in Sudan,Design the pump station in water yield is 32 cubic meters per second,Used in the process of design is 9 sets of vertical oblique flow pump,8 pump to participate in the work,A backup,Each oblique flow pump flow rate of 4 cubic meters per second,Selection of motor and pump matching is in changsha motor factory have to find a large YKK series threephase asynchronous motor。Pump uses is separate steel pipe water, until out of the pool, water pump driven by motor straight league.
