【正文】 水溫控制系統(tǒng) (C題 ) 重慶大學光電工程學院 參賽隊員 :吳 蔡 傅 摘要 本水溫控制系統(tǒng)是基于 MSP430 單片機為主控芯片 ,鍵盤輸入設(shè)定溫度，并在LCD1602 上顯示設(shè)定溫度和實時溫度。通過 DS18B20 溫度傳感器對水溫進行采樣 ,將采得的數(shù)字溫度信號送給單片機 ,單片機對溫度進行 PID 算法 ,通過改變加熱控制方波的占空比達到精確控制溫度的目的。本水溫控制系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)誤差≤ 176。 C，當設(shè)定的溫度比實時溫度高176。 C 時，則啟動風扇降溫， 10 分鐘左右到達穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。本系統(tǒng)能夠很精確地實現(xiàn)水溫控制，是一個很好的水 溫控制方案。 關(guān)鍵字 MSP430 PID 算法 DS18B20 溫度傳感器 Abstract:The temperature control system is based on the MSP430 microcontroller as the master chip, control temperature is set through keyboard and the LCD1602 display the control temperature and the realtime temperature. Temperature sensor DS18B20 samples the water temperature and sents the digital signal to the microcontroller, the microcontroller on the temperature of PID algorithm changes the duty cycle of heating control square wave to achieve precise control of temperature. The temperature control system of static error ≤ 176。 the set temperature higher than the realtime temperature 176。 C, then the fan starts to cool , reaching the steady state cost about 10 minutes. The system can achieve a very precise temperature control, this temperature control is a good program.
