河北工程大學土木工程學院畢業(yè)設計說明書 2013年門式鋼架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)單層廠房設計目 錄摘要 Abstract參考文獻50鳴謝51摘 要本設計工程為邯鄲地區(qū)一66米雙跨鋼結(jié)構(gòu),每跨各設置一10t梁式吊車。主要依據(jù)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設計規(guī)范})GB500172003和《門式剛架輕型房屋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》GECS 102:2002等國家規(guī)范,綜合考慮設計工程的規(guī)模、跨度、高度及用途,依據(jù)“適用、經(jīng)濟、在可能條件下注意美觀”的原則,對各組成部分的選型、選材、連接和經(jīng)濟性作了比較,最終選用單層門式鋼架的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。梁、柱節(jié)點為剛性連接的門式鋼架具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、剛度良好、受力合理、使用空間大及施工方便等特點,便于工業(yè)化,商品化的制品生產(chǎn),與輕型維護材料相配套的輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架體系己廣泛應用于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中,本設計就是對輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的實際工程進行建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設計與計算。主要對承重結(jié)構(gòu)進行了內(nèi)力分析和內(nèi)力組合,在此基礎上確定梁柱截面,對梁柱作了彎剪壓計算,驗算其平而內(nèi)外的穩(wěn)定性。梁柱均采用Q235鋼,10. 9級摩擦型高強螺栓連接,局部焊接采用E43型焊條,柱腳剛性連接,梁與柱節(jié)點也剛性連接。屋面和墻面維護采用雙層彩色聚苯乙烯夾芯板。另外特別注重了支撐設置、拉條設置,避免了一些常見的拉條設計錯誤。關(guān)鍵詞:輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu) 門式鋼架 內(nèi)力分析 雙層彩色聚苯乙烯夾芯板節(jié)點AbstractThis project in handan area is a 66m doublespan steel structure, each cross sets up a 10t beam crane. Avoid some errors in the design of brace, tension rod, and tension rod jpints.Keywords:Lightweight steel structures。 gabled frame。 the internal force analyzes。 The doubledecked colored polystyrene clamps the circuit board。joint邯鋼鋼材包裝物主廠房設計學生: 指導教師:河北工程大學土木工程學院土木工程專業(yè)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)與施工管理方向0緒論鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系國其本身所具有的自重輕、強度高、施工快等優(yōu)點,與鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)相比,更具有在“高、大、輕”三個方面發(fā)展的獨特優(yōu)勢。隨著國家經(jīng)濟建設的發(fā)展,長期以來混凝土和砌體結(jié)構(gòu)一統(tǒng)人下的局面正在發(fā)生變化。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品在大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)、輕鋼門式結(jié)構(gòu)、多層及小高層住宅領(lǐng)域的建筑口益增多,應用領(lǐng)域不斷擴人。從西氣東送、西電東輸、南水北調(diào)、青藏鐵路、2008年奧運會場館設施、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅、西部大開發(fā)等建設實踐來看,一個發(fā)展建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)和市場的勢頭正在我國出現(xiàn)。十年來的改革開放和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,已經(jīng)為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系的應用創(chuàng)造了極為有利的發(fā)展環(huán)境。 從發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的主要物質(zhì)基礎看:鋼材的發(fā)展是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。為適應建筑市場的需要,成品鋼材將朝著品種齊全材料標準化力一向發(fā)展。國產(chǎn)建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼在數(shù)量、品種和質(zhì)量上發(fā)展都很快,熱軋H型鋼、彩色鋼板、冷彎型鋼的生產(chǎn)能力大大提高,為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了重要的條件。其他鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中型鋼、及涂鍍層鋼板都有明顯增長,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有較大提高。耐火、耐候鋼、超薄熱軋H型鋼等一批新型鋼已開始在工程中應用,為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件。 從設計、生產(chǎn)、施工專業(yè)化水平看:鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展,專業(yè)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設計人員的素質(zhì)在實踐中得到不斷提高。一批有特色有實力的專業(yè)研究所、設計院不斷研究和升發(fā)出鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設計軟件和新技術(shù)。日前,國內(nèi)許多鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設計軟件相繼問世,可分別適應輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)、高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、薄壁拱形結(jié)構(gòu)的設計需要。隨著計算機技術(shù)在工程設計中的普遍應用,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設計軟件功能的日臻完善,為協(xié)助設計人員完成結(jié)構(gòu)分析設計、施工圖繪制提供了極大的便利。 展望未來,隨著經(jīng)濟建設的蓬勃發(fā)展和交流的進
