【正文】 第 1 頁 摘 要 輕型門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)是工業(yè)廠房、城市公共建筑的一種重要結(jié)構(gòu)形式。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,工業(yè)廠房的數(shù)量日益增多。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)以其質(zhì)量輕、樣式美觀、施工速度快、工業(yè)化程度高、綜合經(jīng)濟效益明顯等優(yōu)點得到了迅速的發(fā)展。 本設計是單層單跨雙 坡 輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)廠房,采用門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu):跨度 24米, 柱距 6m,長度為 66m設有一臺 10 噸、 A5級橋式吊車。根據(jù)城市規(guī)劃、各種建筑工程規(guī)范及參考資料,結(jié)合設計資料,完成了建筑設計、結(jié)構(gòu)設計。 建筑設計部分具體為建筑平面形式的選擇,廠房剖面設計,廠房立面設計,廠房的構(gòu)造設計,門窗明細表。 結(jié)構(gòu)設計部分包括方案選擇,吊車梁設計,檁條設計,墻梁設計,抗風柱設計,支撐設計,剛架設計,節(jié)點設計,基礎(chǔ)設計。 本次設計圖紙部分有: 廠房平面圖,立面剖面及節(jié)點詳圖 ; 基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu) 平面 布置和基礎(chǔ)施工圖 , 柱 及 柱間支撐布置圖 , 剛架及屋面支撐平面布置圖 , 屋面檁條布置圖 , 墻架布置圖 , 剛架圖 , 節(jié)點圖 。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ] 門式剛架 ,輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu) ,建筑設計 ,結(jié)構(gòu)設計 ,基礎(chǔ)設計 Abstract 第 2 頁 ?
