【正文】 經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的空間布局及影響因素分析——以南京市為例旅游管理專業(yè)學(xué)生 徐月 指導(dǎo)老師 崔峰摘要：隨著人民生活水平的提高，閑暇時間的增多以及消費(fèi)觀念的更新，國際國內(nèi)商務(wù)與休閑旅游以異常迅猛的速度發(fā)展，我國進(jìn)入大眾化旅游時期，經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店在此帶動下也如雨后春筍般迅速成長。經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店在空間布局上呈現(xiàn)出了一定的特征，這些特征受到了商業(yè)集聚程度、旅游導(dǎo)向、交通條件等因素的影響。同時這些特征也反映了一個城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)、旅游發(fā)展水平，因此成為城市和旅游研究的重要內(nèi)容。本文在簡要介紹我國經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀后，對南京經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的空間布局及其影響因素進(jìn)行了分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合南京經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店發(fā)展的實際狀況，對其發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了展望。關(guān)鍵詞：經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店；南京市；空間布局；影響因素；發(fā)展趨勢Analysis of Economyhotels Space Layout and Factors Affecting——Take Nanjing for ExampleStudent majoring in the department of tourism management XuyueTutor CuifengAbstract: With the improvement of living standards, increased leisure time and renew the concept of consumption, international and domestic business and leisure travel to the very rapid rate of development, China has entered popular travel period, the economyhotel is also driven by rapid growth as mushroomed. In the space layout of economyhotel showing a certain characteristics, these characteristics have been concentrated level of mercial, tourismoriented, traffic conditions and other factors. In the same time, these characteristics also reflect the level of a city’s economy and tourism development, so it became a important part in the city and tourism research.
