n科學考察船模塊化實驗室的可行性分析閆秋蓮、楊啟(上海交通大學船舶海洋與建筑工程學院,上海 200030)摘要:基于模塊化的基本概念,本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)科學考察船實驗室的特點,分析了科學考察船實驗室模塊化設(shè)計的可行性。從設(shè)計實現(xiàn)上講,科學考察船實驗室可以做成模塊化形式,與船體甲板采取活絡(luò)聯(lián)接。從設(shè)計思路上講,模塊化實驗室設(shè)計主要考慮模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能。按照標準化原則模塊具備標準化、通用化特征,模塊界面接口有統(tǒng)一的標準形式。從設(shè)計經(jīng)驗上講,國內(nèi)外集裝箱式模塊系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于艦船的建造中,同時,醫(yī)療集裝箱模塊系統(tǒng)也得到了應(yīng)用。由此分析科學考察船實驗室實施模塊化是可行的。關(guān)鍵詞:模塊化;科學考察船;模塊化實驗室;界面接口中圖分類號: U663 A Research of Feasibility on Laboratory Modularization of the Research VesselYan Qiulian,Yang Qi(School of Naval Architecture and Civil Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai 200030)Abstract: According to the features of domestic research vessel, this paper has investigated the feasibility of the research vessel’s laboratory modularization design based on the basic concept of modularization.
